These guys are amazing, really quality work. Eco and roof friendly moss cleaning, old school brush method (no power wash). And the cleanup was perfect, no random residue or yard damage. The tech (Elliot) was professional; hard working and personable. And the office staff was the same. Excellent communication. This a rare high quality operation! Use them if you can.

The high ratings for Wilderland Roof and Window Cleaning are accurate. From start to finish we had the best overall experience working with them.First was the estimate. I spoke with Hunter on the phone. He was pleasant, professional, and laid-back at the same time. He gave me a quote over the phone and emailed a copy to me within 10 minutes. It was very competitive, in one case $1400 less(!), so I set the appointment.On the day of the cleaning, Greg texted us that he was 15 minutes out. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. It was tiring seeing how much he was doing. He was done in a couple of hours. The roof looks almost brand new. He cleaned up after himself and the yard actually looked better after he was done! Wilderland did a really good job. They had cleaned our gutters a few months ago, but then we had the major windstorm, undoing a lot of what they did -- because we live under old growth trees. They came back out for a touch-up, at a reduced price. (It was within three months.) They have my loyalty for future work.

Elliot did an amazing job pressure washing and window cleaning. Stellar attitude too!! It was a tough job as the back patio and driveway have never been pressure washed and there was a lot of buildup. He worked all day to take care of three stories of house with a lot of windows in addition to pressure washing. I’m super thankful for his hard work, the place looks immaculate!!!

Power washed our driveway and concrete stairs. They did a great job, including being very courteous, cleaning up all the leaf debris, and of course the stairs and driveway looked fantastic. Price was good. I requested that they not do some of the recommended work (retaining walls and extended sidewalk) - there was no argument and I was not billed for those areas.

I have used Wilderland twice and both times I have been VERY impressed with their service. The crew are professional, pleasant and very thorough w/their work and clean up. They also use brushes rather than pressure washers on the roof, clean the gutters and treat the roof giving their work a 3 month guarantee (gutters) and 12 month guarantee on the moss removal. These guys are top notch! I hired them to clean the moss off my roof and to wash the outside of the gutters. Cleaning the inside of the gutters is included, but washing the outside was an extra $200 on my size home. The workers, Garrett and Josh, arrived on time and got straight to work without dilly dallying. They were cordial, professional, and worked quite diligently despite the scorching heat! They even washed my two skylight windows at no extra charge!A couple of roof tiles became detached during the process, but they came out two days later to fix them without playing the blame game, e.g. they were already broken when we started so were not responsible. The owner, Peter, is also a class act and assured me they would come out and fix the tiles at no extra charge - again, with no refute whatsoever. Peter even called and emailed a few times to ensure that everything was taken care of correctly. Overall, these guys did a great job and the customer service cannot be beat!!!! I would definitely use them again!

Wilderland cleaned our gutters by blowing them out with a blower. Which meant I had gutter debris in the yard and he didnt flush the downspouts with water. Going to be interesting to see what got blown into the downspouts this winter! Ugh. Theyve done windows for us in the past and did a satisfactory job, but I wont hire them again...for anything. Education cost money and we paid $250 for gutter blowing. So now I know to ask what method of gutter cleaning and do they flush downspouts, before I hire again.

I called a few companies to get quotes on cleaning out our gutters before the next major rain storm. When I called Wilderland I did not have to leave voicemail and wait for someone to call me back. By the time I called, I had an apt booked (for sooner than anticipated, thank you!!!) and had to laugh as it took a day or more for other companies to call me back.
