A typical temp agency who promises the world and doesnt deliver. You would be better off looking for your own job, then going through this unprofessional group of people. I was with them for 7 months, with a college degree, and the only positions they will find are minimum wage month long projects for various companies that they find off craigslist. You become stuck in between these temporary projects, which can take a couple weeks without pay. Good luck trying to get out of this loop, when you eventually realize that no one can survive with this type of pay, uncertainty, and no sense of urgency from HW to find you a new position. On top of it all, you will be unpleasantly surprised to know when you decide to leave, they will fight you every step of the way to even receive unemployment. They claim to the state they are still trying to find you a position and object your unemployment payments. Once youre denied from unemployment, thanks to HW, you will never hear from them again. The supervisor Ashley and her staff really should be called out for their unethical tactics in securing their own positions, rather then helping others into the job market. This is NOT the Maine way, or how we treat our people. So please BEWARE!
