I have been using them for ordering parts for my customers for over 6 months, they have good prices and decent parts available. their customer service skills is appalling they ladies that answer the phone sound annoyed that you even called them. after ordering parts i was given price and time line (witch didnt arrive when they said). when i called a second time looking for the parts that didnt arrive, i was asked for a part number, i explained that i wasnt given any part number just eta and price. the lady then started giving me attitude telling me that is something i should have done. and continued to tell me they lost the part dont know where it is would have to reorder it again. i do not recommend using them at this time unless you are desperate hopefully they will get some customer service skills in the near future.
