It feels like the Employees take the frustrations out a lot more on the customers like the pandemic is our fault, they are taking advantage of the pandemic to be rude and judgemental, and this is at Safeways too.

Zero fault of the receiver. My load was rejected because I was told to show up asap...little did I know that this load was rescheduled 3 times! I picked it up in our yard in boise. No real details just get there and deliver it asap. Guard was really cool about it.

Checked in early at 1:44am for a 3am appointment. Didnt get a door till almost 5am. Then to top it all off, they rejected my load for being too cold. It was a load of bananas and reefer was set at 58⁰ continous. Looking at my temp it was at 57.9⁰. What a reason to reject a load.

Typical grocery DC . No more overnite parking since drivers cant behave themselves. But, you can get in hour and a half early, staging area gets rough since its inside the gate. Patience is key

This receiver lost an entire pallet while unloading me. Just straight up misplaced it. Then refused to release my bills until they found it. I lost hours because of this. Dont take a load here. Its not worth it.

Capstone logistics is the slowest lumper service on Earth. Doesnt matter where you go if capstone is involved you better pack breakfast lunch and dinner. Besides lumper services is a ripoff we have to pay them to take their own product what sense does that make the UPS guy doesnt pay me to take my package.

One of the worst places to deliver. Security up front checking in was amazing even checking in at the office was great then it went bad they have lumpers that unload your trailer my load is prepaid so I figured id be in and out quickly. I was completely wrong Ive been sitting here for over two hours now with a red light and they havent even been in the trailer for over an hour now and I still have a red light. What is the hold up!! No respect for us drivers who bring you your stuff.

Where do I start? As a company driver I have no problem to wait to get unloaded for a few hours, but when it turns to 10+ hours of wait time it’s a problem. On top of that you have to pay lumper fee. If you o/o skip this load, save your time

Got me in and loaded in a reasonable time. Had a green light for 45 minutes. Finally I went in and asked why I hadnt received the lumper text. They had to go find my paperwork. Another 45 minutes.

Only giving it 2 stars. The security check in are nice and quick. The lady to check in is nice. ....then u walk to lumper window and they tell you that they will send u a text regarding getting loaded. I walked back to truck and the light was red already. They had me unloaded in 15 min. I waited an hour then walked in and they said they were waiting on paperwork from loader/unloader. This is where the wheels fall off. If they could get rid of the lumpers and start paying their own people to load and offload trucks. I bet albertsons employees would appreciate a job more than these real slow like lumpers. Capstone gets a 0 every where they are. On a good note the restrooms are really nice outside for drivers

There is parking but not allowed to stand kicked out onto the roadway

Always slow, lumpers are a joke and charge foo much, lack of parking, and general disregard for drivers in general. Bring food/water, and plan on taking a nap or even a full 10 here.

I work here and its a hard place to work for if you are not a hard working individual that like to always strive to better yourself. If you are... then its worth the time and effort

Jun 22/2021. For all carriers. If you have to make a delivery at this place, arrive 1 hr before, because it is useless to run and try to arrive earlier, because THERE IS NO PLACE NEAR WHERE TO PARK, most of the streets near the place are now full of signs, which We are NOT allowed to park and the store only lets us enter their large parking lot 1 hr before your appointment.

Spent 6 hours here. Was early for my appoitment. Dont expect to make any other appointments after delivering here

I had a 10:30 appointment showed up at 09:30 in the door right away done at 11:00 the guards were nice and helpful the office girl that checked me in was awesome never been here before but I would come back plus the got the best porta potties Ive ever seen just be kind and respectful and you will get treated the same

Long time to unload 11 pallets and very poor communication had to talk to 5 different people to find out why they left a half pallet of product on the trailer. Capstone lumper service does not accept cash which is fine however if you need a blank efs, Tchek, or comcheck they will not supply one for you. Avoid if possible.

4 stars for a girl at check in. Seriously, you should see this Gods creature. All her seriousness and pomposity looks so illogical and fun. A pure copy of Dolores Umbridge.This company should be proud of such a worker, but God, you just check drivers in, not launching spaceships.Got unloaded in 2 hours btw.

Got here 1 hr before my appointment to get unloaded for a half of a pallet and still here boy capstone is the best 👌 they cant even unload a Partial pallet fast and they will not let you unloaded it i would be done as soon as i hit the door if I was unloading it

When I proceeded to check in for a delivery I encountered a caucasian female security guard, wearing a black baseball cap, black framed eyeglasses and a white cloth face covering.She ordered me to wear a face covering. I complied by wrapping a three layer garment around my face (see attached photo).For reasons I didnt immediately understand she stated that my covering was inadequate because my nose wasnt covered.So I retrieved a surgical mask and attempted delivery.This also proved unsatisfactory. Needless to say my load wasnt delivered.I did get a bit concerned when I was leaving and overheard her grumbling about his kind.I am not sure if she meant bald, brown or short because as far as I know those are the only facts she could have possibly ascertained about me during our brief encounter.That was an unsettling experience for me since I have been an Albertsons customer back home for many years.Not any more.Walmart, here I come!Also I have had many pleasant experiences with SECURITAS security officers in the past.In fact there was another young man in a black mask with a Hawaiian islands logo that was extremely pleasant and helpful.Give him a raise and move her to a less customer service oriented position!Cheers everyone and drive safe!

They have been better. Appointment 1 am. Arrived at 12:05 . 15 minutes later, I got a door. You should park in staging area, then check in. Can parking 15 trucks, but only 5 trucks there. Whole truck unloading, 2100 cases, lumber $215. Pay by phone. Check or credit card, no cash. Easy. Unloading Finished in 2 hours. Nice guard, nice lumber service. Thanks

One star. Not safe. Staffs are talking trash behind my back because they know that I can’t hear. They discriminate me as a deaf person. My manager is making me so nerve every time I start work & I don’t like his attitude. They never have a safety meeting/feedback since I start working about a month ago. I filed a complaint because there was no interpreter for me on training days. Miscommunicate. It is bad.

Unloading 7hr Appointment 5:15pm check in 5pm to 12:30am

45 mins early to a 2am appt and was an hour or so after that before I got a dock. Normally I unload myself and am done within an hour or 2 but because of covid we cant unload and have to pay lumpers to take almost 4 hours to unload 19 pallets. Definitely not one of my favorite places to deliver.

Been here for 7 hours and still counting worst place people here are lazy went in after 4 hours they had my lumper fee for awhile never sent me the link to pay if you are a trucker stay away

I check in at 5:30 in the morning. Appointment was for 7:00 a.m. I got a door at 8:45. At 12 oclock I was still sitting at the door. For being such a big company there receiving department sucks they are paying people lots of money to do nothing. Time is money Wasted time is wasted money.

Very very slow today just an ice cream load. Appointment at 17:30 arrive at 16:30. Got a phone call to pick up paperwork at 21:45. Over 5 hrs to unload. Almost late for my next appointment.

The woman security guard has a very serious attitude problem, my mask kept falling off my nose and she threatened me with, her exact words,If you dont want to keep your mask on the correct way, I will not allow you to deliver here. She then proceeded to tell me how high OSHA fines were and when I told her I would take it out of my oil stocks her expression got worse and she said I had BLOOD MONEY.Then ALBERTSONS wonders why they failed in Texas.

Seven hours for three pallets to deliver very slow. The lumper will try to rip you off by holding your paperwork if you have another appointment coming up.

Getting a door and unloading was fast but waiting for the paper work took 5 hrs and the lumper fees thats another store

Was in and out in a fairly normal amount of time, but due to Covid they didnt give us an option to unload the product ourselves, so we had to use their lumper service.

They had me unloaded fast in and out

Appointment at 4:30 pm arrived at 9 am , they told me come back at 3:30 pm , return at 3 pm (they have parking waiting lot but isn’t overnight just for few hours) door at 5 pm empty at 7 pm not too bad, seal check and break guard, lumper fee now pay online no checks,only one thing from door ~25 to door 1 really tight parking if you park between 2 trucks, be very careful GOL !I get lucky door on my right was empty and I back in easy all others spend at least 25-40 min, GOL help one each other!

Very lazy even supervisors are Drunk 24/7 and always delays Drivers ....They don’t care wether you got Second or third stops you will stay in this ghetto place for 6 to 7 hrs

Delivering here on 03/16. Took them an extra 5 hours to load the trucks for the stores due to the amount of product being ordered/purchased. Delivery trucks were parked everywhere this morning while waiting for those doors. Yet they got me in only 45 min after my appointment time. They are putting on a smiling, happy countenance. They unloaded me within 40 min and now they just have to verify the count. These guys are certainly doing all that can be expected and more. Kudos.

My deliveries here have been pretty good. Got a dock in 1-2 hours after arrival. Fyi, they dont want you overnight parking in the staging area. If you have an appt from roughly 2200-0300 you can arrive the evening before and thats about as early as they want you staging. For the most part, no arrival until 1 hour before your appointment. Park in staging and walk ppwrk to the guard shack. During covid only 2 drivers in the shack at a time. Theyre providing restroom trailers in the facility for drivers if needed.

Appointment for unloading was at 6:30 pm and finally leaving at 11:30 pm. There is a small waiting area before checking in and tight space when backing into doors.The process was very slow so expect to be her for a while. The second star is for the fancy Porta Potties that are available by the office.

What a nightmare FYI its Capstone!!!!!Parking is horrible and slammed so you will have to park in the middle of the street. Get your temperature checked when you check in with security, then go back to truck to wait for a call. 5:27pm I get called to come to security gate so they can check me in and give me a door, security cuts seals right there you open doors and proceed to assigned door. After you backed in you have to walk all the way to the middle of the building to drop off paperwork to 1 window then they tell you to take it to another window for the lumpers where you are then instructed to go wait in your truck for a text message telling you how to pay for the lumper. First 2 messages are them saying capstone has started the unloading process next two text message are them telling you to complete a survey even though you are still stuck in the door they want a survey get out of here after waiting 7 hours I finally get a call that my paperwork is done and ready to get picked up the call came exactly at 12:28AM. What you guys are doing is straight criminal and I hope some day someone pulls a class action lawsuit out on your company Ive literally lost over 14 hours between 2 of your locations I can only imagine how much that would add up too if we added up all the hours lost in a 24 hour period at one location straight ridiculous!!!!!!

Worst place Ive ever delivered to. Be prepared for capstone to not communicate with you and to take 5 hours to offload. Ill never come here again.

They take a while to unload then they said they will call when ready and they sent a text I was on the phone waiting for a call so I didnt dee the text. I would have looked for a text if thats what I knew they would send

This place has always been a nightmare. It takes hours to unload, no chance of unloading early, lumper fees, Overly stringent security measures and pointless bureaucracy.

Have been delivering here for 32 years they have improved ten fold I got a door right off ten minutes passed my appointment they started unloading me 2700 cases had me unloaded 2.25 hrs I will return

The receiver office ladies are rude and disrespectful. They didnt let me finish my question and with a very aggressive manner redirect me to another person. They carry bad attitude and always do some rude remarks towards drivers. The unloading time isnt fast, its took forever to unload us. Hopefully never will back to this awful place. The only people that I give a respect and appreciation a guard shack people. They were helpful and respectful.

Park first then walk up to guard shack, make sure you have appointment number from broker or dispatcher. They will check you temp for COVID-19 then let you in. Lumper has a container out side to take paper work to. Long wait times. 4 hour minimum.

Well well well, dunno how long its going to be yet. Already an hour past my appt time and barely in a door. I went inside to check in and 2 lumpers are sleeping in chairs, so I snapped a picture to share with all of you. I signed nothing or saw nothing that says no phones or photographs. Yet when I was done checking in the one person not sleeping asked me to delete the photo it wasnt very nice. I simply told her well if ppl werent sleeping on the job it wouldnt be a problem. If I fall asleep on the job ppl die. My schedule changes almost daily. So if they cant be prepared to work an 8 hour shift, maybe they shouldnt be working here. Capstone at its finest! LolAlso yes they have a parking area. No youre not supposed to park overnight but if you dont go try to check in they dont seem to patrol the parking area, take that for what you will. Yall be safe out there!

Usually the guards are friendly, the one checking me in today was not, he has long hair, was greasy and dirty looking and his security shirt was unbuttoned to the point where you can see the hairs in the middle of his chest... very unprofessional, looking like you fell asleep in your work clothes and then just left the next day. Its okay to hate your job, probably not a good idea to let it show.

Easy in easy out. The culture differences is there, but they are respectful. And yes the Guard check are cool. Park your rig at the staggering area, walk toward the guard check, fill up forms and give it to the guard check. Will call you or tell you the dock no. Than pull towards the stop sign, the guard check will break your seal, and you open the door. Proceed to your dock and walk towards the shipping and receiving building, its the tall glass building you can not miss it. Check in with shipper than with Lumper (they can be expensive sometimes). Wait for green light or if they call you. Head back to shipper and give Doug to the lumper and get paperwork from receiver. Typically takes 2 hours if your load isnt complicated. They will note if any overage or shortage.

Good place to turn around when your lost.

Our driver delivered here on the 3.24.2020. Receiver took his 3 load locks and refusing to reimburse them. Be aware!

This is place is a joke! I’ve checked in early at 6:30 pm. I have a live unload, I only have few pallets yet the unloading is taking forever from 6:30 pm to midnight! Unbelievable! What in the world are they digging! This company should hire more people doing this job. Such a waste of time! ! If you only have few hrs left on your clock it will be risky! Don’t come here! You got to have full hrs. No over night parking.

You can check in early but it wont help you any. Depending on your door you will either have a very easy back in or a very tight one. You have to walk a long distance to their office, which is also where the bathrooms are. You will have to pay way too much in lumper fees as well. The only upside is that the place is easy to get to and easy to get out of.

My boyfriend works for them,and has for years! He loves it ! Good pay scale, benefits, and perks. Easy money he always says when he heads off to work. But believe me he works hard lots of hours long days, heavy lifting, Fast-paced and grueling. But that’s who he is a hard worker a beautiful man!

Kind slow for unloading but getting better every time I go, crazy high lumper fees can range anywhere from 300 to 900 handicapped accessible, indifferent staff and friendly guards and a overnight parking area with limited space,

Huge lumper fee . If you are earlier than appointment you have to wait for appointment. When you get door then sleep well because they are really really slow unloader in there. No overnight parking.

Delivered there decent people there. Does NOT allow overnight parking and you can park 1 hr before appt and check in. Security does walk the staging area and keeps eye on the staging area. Security can tell you of a place to park if outta hours.

Big location. Can easily dock the rig. Kinda small staging area. Maybe 30 truck spots thats if the drivers park correctly.... 1st delivery was at 0545. Checked in at 0445 and received a door about 0700.. only had 3 pallets to pull and have been sitting 4hrs.. Nice people but slow unloading process..

Not bad in and out 2.5 hours. Lumpers are pricey. They have parking if you come early.After unloaded you must leave.
