Craig called me a couple of days after I had initially contacted here about wanting some repairs done on our gas fireplace. He told me he would be out at a time that was convenient for us, which wound up being at 4 oclock the next day.He came out and did an inspection of the fireplace and all of the piping running into and out of the house. It was a very thorough job. One that had us a lot more confident that our fireplace was safe. He did show us where there was some clear problems that could arise. In fact, one area had corroded a lot more seriously than we had realized. He might’ve saved us from a serious disaster. We paid to have Craig do the job to fix it. It was well worth the cost. You cant mess around with something like that. We will definitely use Craig again in the future if we need to. He sure is good at what he does

There was a leak on our chimney after last night’s heavy downpour. I asked them if they are available today and they came 2 hours after I called. They were quite detailed when inspecting the chimney. What I loved about them is that they called me after a few days to confirm that the leaks are gone. They have a fantastic crew.
