I traveled from Kentucky for a loan but when I got there the computer system was updating, and Scott was very apologetic about it so I went to McDonalds for a little bit and he called me and told me when the system is back up.. when I got back he was very nice and again very apologetic.. he made me feel very welcome, so on that note I give him five stars, not to mention he had a very pleasant smile...

Absolutely Terrible!!! Was told by the manager of the store that I was approved for a loan and when I got there, the loan amount wasnt what I was approved for... the amount had changed by over a thousand dollars. I would avoid this place by all means! I will pay my loan off as soon as possible and I will never have anything to do with them in the future. BEWARE OF THE LYING THAT PEOPLE TELL!!!

Tried getting a flex loan, which I didnt really want to but life happens. Went into this location and at first was denied due to someone putting in improper information. Then called there general number and got nothing but the run around. Nobody wants to call you back or help. Im done with this place. Im in this location and Im seeing drug addicts walk out with alot of money and I cant even get them to process my app correctly.

I calles to ask if they cash personal checks which she failes to mention that the the company that wrote the check had to verify they wrote the check which would have been nice to know as the business never answers their phone so i just drove 30 minutes out of my way for them to tell me they infact cant cash my check which was a refund from me having to canceling my wedding so now i have to hopebi can make it back home on the little gas i have because they cant seem to tell you everything that will be needes in orser to cash a check. Thank you for wasting my time
