Refuses to answer basic questions from client businesses. Refuses to provide insurance renewal rates in a timely manner. Tells business owner that we can no longer hire our own new employees unless the PEO recruits the new hire for us and that the PEO will dictate the pay rate for employees. Demands blood samples and DNA from employees without any HIPAA policy. Refuses to provide any sort of Privacy Policy upon request. Sells or gives Personally Identifiable Info and possibly Personal Health Info about employees to third-parties without permission. Fortunately, I know better than to believe this baloney. Unfortunately, when I point out to RBG that their practices are illogical, incompetent and/or illegal, they just play psychological games like transference and scapegoating.
