I have been a customer of A&B for over 10yrs. I referred one of my friends who was not hispanic. I was expecting him to pay less for getting his taxes done since his are a lot more simple than mine. Well they charged him almost as much as me. When we compared our invoices. He had drastic price changes for the same file. It was evident that he was taken advantage of. I was so embarrassed

I was wo dering if was me or the receptionist when i first walked in. Very rude and unprofessional. She doesnt smile or greet. Mad look as you come in the door. That look of why ugh i have to work and schedule these people. Doeant say hi how can help you or hi welcome to a and b do you have an appointment. Attitude all the way. So uncomfortable. To be honest its way better at HR and block.

I was having services, but now its much better if you make an appointment previously.The reception needs to improve.

Warning! Careful !In this place they are a real robbery, they charge $ 180 and they do the taxes wrong. They wanted me to pay the IRS and I didnt like it and I told them not to do it and they charged me $ 80 dollars anywaygo somewhere else (cant say which place) but they charged me $ 120This particular place will not do your taxes right! And they charge extremely hight prices even for a consultation they charging $ 80 dollars for nothing. I when to other place and they give us refund and $ 120 bucks. Dolls said I had to paid to IRS and charge $ 180 dollars.

A total waste of time, starting with the receptionist and ending with the staff and last but not least the dog that they have that besides giving bad appearance is made of the bathroom in the living room disque! Fail place

The worst !!!!! Betty is a very incortecious and not professional person. It is not about brothers to speak badly about other people, because at the end of everything we only want a pedaso of the American dream, but we must not take advantage of other people to achieve it. They know what I mean. Our great lord sees everything and judges him, and he will have his place for those who do us wrong. Lets be careful brothers because the Wolf always wears Obeja !! And that is in the bible
