I had an emergency situation in my crawl space where raw sewage was dumping in my crawl space. I called 911 Restoration in a panic. They scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Richard showed up and made me feel at ease from the moment he showed up at my home. They started work 2 days later.I will not say they were perfect. Richard didnt have his men follow through with what was planned and i caught it and said something. But he did make sure to fix their mistakes.I will say this...Frank who did all the work under my house was OUSTANDING. A complete pleasure to work with. His co-worker Daren was just as nice. The both of them go above and beyond their scope of work. I truly hope that if I need any thing done that they will be the ones working on my house.So thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Unbelievably great help! Had an emergent flood on our 2nd story the leaked through the first floor ceiling, had no idea who to call and found them on google. Rich and his crew were at my house within an hour to assess the damage and start the mitigation process. Demi’s as little as possible and we’re able to complete the drying process in less than 5 days! Great communication, professional, they’re everything you want out of a company when things like this happen.

The people I’ve worked with Rich, Frank and and Darren have been nothing but wonderful! Rich has been working with my insurence and organizing the clean up of our crawl space. He communicates great! Throughout the experience, from the first call I made to 911 Restoration I was very thankful to have been paired with Rich as our project manager. He was the first person I spoke with after the dispatcher, and in my most frantic moments late on a Sunday night, he was very patient, understanding and empathetic. Considering the volume of storm claims coming in I was also very impressed with the quick response from Rich and his team (Rich even got stuck in the snow on the way here for quite some time, but didnt cancel the appointment). All of the employees I interacted with were nice, but I was frustrated with a lack of basic cleanup of the worksite by the crew after I returned home, when the work had been completed. Overall, the issues we experienced wouldnt necessarily deter us from working with this company because the promptness and professionalism of the project manager was great.

I called 911 Restoration at 3am after my pipes had burst and my upstairs masters bathroom/bedroom and kitchen on the first floor were flooded, my ceiling was ruined as water was cascading down like waterfall. Richard came to my house right away and got his team to put heaters and dehumidifiers on the ground quickly after arriving to my home. Richard walked me through everything and spoke to me with kindness and patience. If I could I would give 911 Restoration 10 stars! We had a toilet flooding incident and 911 Restoration was Johnny on the Spot and came to our rescue on the day we discovered the water damage. The team was courteous, professional and very hard working. I would highly recommend Rich Brown and his team.

I called them over for a estimate. Was charged 200.00 for about a 5 min inspection of what I already knew what the damage was. I thought they would actually help me try to solve the problem for 200.000. Then they proceeded to try to talk me out of going through my insurance and just pay them 3500 cash out of pocket to avoid disturbing my tenants. Don’t trust this company. Total strong arm mentality and tactics. And no warranty on the work. I called ARS and was very happy with there services.

My plumber, Luther, told me to call 911 Restoration. So glad I did. Hot water pipe on my water heater burst and leaked down into the dining room. Water then spread to the kitchen, hall, entryway and crawl space! Rich, the project manager, came out, assessed the situation and got a team out within a few hours to start the mitigation process. During the subsequent days, they were total professionals, working efficiently to set up all the machines to dry everything out, even down into the crawlspace! This company took every opportunity to pad chargeable hours to our insurance claim.They are shady and untrustworthy. Their work is mediocre at best.If you have no other choice but to use them, proceed with extreme caution.

911 Resortation came to us in a desperate time of need. Rich showed up to my doorstep within around 20min of me calling him (in the middle of the night when he was asleep no less...!). Rich was calm, patient, detailed and explained things to us in a very professional and kind manner. I had the best experience with these guys. I had a lake under my house due to worn out pipe. I was referred to ServePro to take care of the issue, which turned out to be a joke! They did nothing but waste my time and didn’t want to take on the job. So I did some searching and found this company. They came out the next day to assess what would be needed and the next day had a truck here to pump all water out. Mark was great and so professional! He even came out to my house to assess after his crew was done. They came out again to make sure all the water was gone and sanitized under the house. A home inspection revealed that we had some mold in the attic of our house due to a previous roof leak. We started calling mold abatement companies and settled on Rich and his crew at 911 Restorations in Portland. They assured us that our issue was a common problem and they would deal with it quickly. Todd and Jason showed up on Wednesday and completed the whole job, Rich did air sampling the next day and the buyers of our house signed off on the repairs. Everyone involved were courteous, professional and hard working. We appreciated their quick response and reassurances at a stressful time.

After coming home to 8+ inches of water in our finished basement. and contacting 911 Restoration, Rich ( our project manager for 911) came to the rescue to get a team to help get the water removed and start the drying out process and sanitation of our home. 911 restoration is a predatory company. They came into my business to cleanup water damage and did such a poor job we had to finish the job ourselves. BEWARE!!!

I called a couple restorations company over the weekend and only 911 was able to make it out in a timely manner. My entire house smelled so bad, Frank came by and was able to work on my basement immediately and was able to calm down the smell so I was able to actually stay in my house. This was my first experience with water damage and was in an apartment I own in a retirement community. Friends advised me to get three quotes, but after spending a few minutes with Rich I knew I didn’t have to look further. Richard Brown and his team responded in force to clean up from a backed up sewer drain blockage at our rental house. Rich responded on a Sunday and by Friday our tenants were back in their house, cleaned and sanitized. Their process was very thorough and our tenants were extremely pleased with the results. This is particularly important since one is health-compromised.I hope to not ever have to go thru this again but if we do, I would gladly have 911 Restoration back.

Frank and Frank Jr. Did an excellent job of drying out my lower level that flooded when a PVC pipe on my pool filter came loose and pumped about 1000 gallons of pool water into the 2000 sq. Ft. Basement. They pulled all the soaked padding and dried the carpet. The rooms are now all dry and they are removing all of their equipment after 4 days. We first were referred to Mark, the project manager who came over and did a quick inspection and recommendation on what he thought the team would need to do. He then had Frank and Todd come over almost immediately and were able to get to work and identify the problem swiftly without having to bring in more companies and rack up our bill. They were very polite and had great communication. So this guy ran us off the road on the freeway, he was doing everything BUT driving. If you can’t even Be trusted to keep your eyes on the road, you can’t be trusted with anyone’s business. Do better.

We had a leak from our Master Bath down into our main level living room—total disaster. Frank and Frank Jr. were on site within an hour and had the dryers going quick enough to save us from further damage. They checked on us daily to make sure our house was drying on schedule. We definitely appreciated Frank’s clear communication throughout the process!

Frank was very professional, fast, and understanding and took care of any and all my concerns for the first half of my project.The only con/down side of the service...Is apparently they are so busy theyre not able to come out and repair the wall they pulled apart so now Im stuck with this open wall with exposed beams that I have to hire a different contractor to come out and repair. Huge downside for me. Not sure if Ill ever be using them again because of this.

My sewer line disconnected under my house and filled my crawlspace with sewage during a 100+ degree heat wave. I called 3 or 4 different restoration companies and no one was able to make it to my house for a day or two. 911 restoration was able to arrive in about an hour and there crew came ready not just to survey the damage, but they were ready to work and got started right away. It took several days of drying, decontaminating, shoveling out sewage, and deodorizing, but in the end, they did an amazing job and got rid of all the waste and the smell in my house. Very professional and took a huge disaster for my family and made it feel like things would be OK. I really appreciate Moe and the team at 911 restoration.

Had a rain leak that was saturating the drywall and floor. Mold had formed. 911 missed one appointment. I had to call and they said they would come the next day. They did not come the next day, but called an hour after they said they would and said they had more urgent emergencies that had come up and would not be able to handle my job for weeks now. Be sure to have several companies come out or your project could sit for days while they prioritize more urgent work.

I manage a beautiful 18 unit complex in North Portland. Our tenant had accidentally set off the sprinkler system in his unit. Rich at Restoration 1 was on the job almost immediately after I called. They dried everything out very quickly. Over the next few weeks we needed to wait for the tenant to vacate as they had put in their notice just prior to the incident. Joe of 911 Restoration did a great job of walking us through the process and helping us know how to navigate dealing with insurance and resolving the water damage to our home when our washer broke. There was a clear understanding of the concerns that home owners have. The work was done well and quickly, and Joe was great about communicating with us and keeping us updated. The only negative was that there were a couple of things that workers on the team didnt follow exactly, but overall it was a very positive experience and I have no reservations in recommending Joe and 911 Restoration.

Thank you to 911! Our duplex in the Hollywood district in Portland had water in the basement and we needed help, fast. The 911 team was right on it. They took care of the water, moved the boxes and belongings as needed. They also coordinated directly with the tenants and insurance company which made it super easy for us. We always knew how things were progressing and knew the basement and our tenants were in good hands. When all was done, everything was cleaned up and back in order. We were very happy with the service.

Spoiler alert ... this will not be a positive review. If I could give no stars, I would. 911 charged me an outrageous amount of money ... $1500 to crack open my basement ceiling where water was mysteriously dripping. I stupidly signed the contract without clarity about what they really offer as service. All they did for that sum was to dry off the area with big fans. Their workers are nice guys ... polite and well intentioned, but they did not do a thorough enough job to adequately diagnosis what was happening. Had they pulled out the refrigerator (which is in the kitchen immediately above the site of the basement leak) and taken a look, they would have seen the problem. Turned out the fix was a relatively inexpensive tube at the back of the fridge which connects the appliance with water for the ice-maker. They led me in the complete wrong direction in terms of what would stop the water. Their incompetence and my misguided trust in 911 cost me a lot of money. I am a very unhappy customer and would not recommend 911 Restoration to anyone.

We had water damage on the main floor and in the basement. We called 911 Restoration and they came the same day. The estimator Marc was pleasant to work with, responsive to calls/texts/emails, and reassuring during moments of distress. The two crew members who came to install the equipment were professional, polite, and swift in their work.

These guys are caring, honest, fair, punctual, efficient, competent and informative. They did an excellent job working with the insurance company when we were going through the stressful aftermath of a serious flood. Even the insurance rep said they were exceptional.

We had a water leak under our building. 911 Restoration extracted 500 gallons of water out the first time, we found one leak. Then the water kept building up, so we had to have 911 come out two more times. After the 3rd time the plumber found a total of 5 busted pipes in all. 911 Restoration worked very well with us. They got a truck out in a very timely manner. 911 worked with us during closing hours of the restaurant so we could stay open, which really helped us tremendously. Mark was especially easy to work with, he responded to me every time I called and got the job done, I really appreciate his help. Good Company!!

These guys were really quick in getting out to our place. We didnt end up using their service since our issue was not exactly related to what they do, but we appreciated the quick response and great customer service!

Moe at 911 restoration has been quick efficient honest and responsive every time I have dealt with him. I run the Maintenance department at a busy property management company and have found that these qualitys are hard to come by when dealing with restoration companys. Total Lifesavers!!! I was staying at my parents house while they were on a trip and their water heater had a major failure and flooded the basement. There was about 5 inches of water. We discovered the flood at around 9:00 PM at night. We tried to pump it out and could not. Later that night we were tired and running out of solutions to get the water out. My husband found 911 Restoration and called them. They came immediately. Mark and his crew were professional and knew exactly what to do because they had done this before. Frank was part of the crew and very helpful. They helped us with connecting with our insurance as well. They helped us get our belongings out. They were careful and courteous with our space and belongings to move them and not break anything. They then pumped the water out and that night had a bunch of dehumidifiers working to dry the basement. They then came for 5 more consecutive days to make sure the basement was dry. They also removed a foot of wet drywall and insulation. They tested to make sure there was no water. This is much appreciated because black mold can be a big issue. We couldnt be more pleased. They stayed in contact and were a pleasure work with. Thanks 911 Restoration.

Frank and Brandon were great! They were efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job in a tight crawl space with a nasty cleanup.

Mark came over the day I found out I had a massive puddle under my house. They had it all taken care of in a couple of days and he guided me through the insurance process. Very grateful!
