Our rental experience here couldn’t have been better. Walked right up, got the bikes, helmets, locks and a map, and went on our way. Friendly service and rates. Good bikes too!

Not open for rentals, website not up to date, and staff was rude.

Hands down the best bike rental shop around in this area. Couldn’t find a bike online so I called and they directed me to come in the afternoon when all their tour bikes come back. Great selection when we got there! The staff was helpful when we had questions and gave us a map of the cove back trail. Support them with your business!

We loved renting bikes from here! They are located next to beautiful scenic bikes trails along the ocean, the bikes were perfectly maintained, we were outfitted with a map and helmets, and the staff was super nice and helpful. They even let me use their sunblock and a saddle bag! The price was low, too. Thank you!

Was told my money was less than a tours money even though we reserved the day before and were treated as second class citizens..wouldnt recommend this rental to anyone. Didnt deserve 1 star but was lowest available..

We rented bikes for a quick spin around the city to see the sites. Alex was friendly and knowledgeable and got us set up with some nice hybrids and included a map and plenty of advice on what to see and where to go. Pick up and drop off was efficient at their convenient location near the ferry terminal on the waterfront. Highly recommend!

Very easy to rent, very helpful and kind staff. Good rates! Right off the side of the street from the harbor so easy to find from our cruise ship. They also do bike tours, and hike and bike tours.

We planned on renting bikes on Monday morning. We walked to their bike rental location on Commercial st. They post/advertise that they open at 9am. We arrived promptly at 9am. No Employee there. We waited 25 minutes with other potential customers. No employee on site to help the customers. We wasted valuable vacation time! WE WENT TO THEIR COMPETITOR AND RECEIVED FABULOUS SERVICE! If you need to rent a bike, I would highly recommend the competitor, which is Gorham Bike! great customer service there!

Bikes are raggedy 😡

GREAT service, spotty equipment. Both bikes broke down catastrophically working a few miles, had to walk them both back. Who knows, that may have been because of the tag alongs we rented. The sweet girl helping was amazingly polite and helpful though. I really cant wait to come back when the munchkins can have their own bikes!

Looked great online, but went in october and the bike rentals were closed for the season. Thats understandable, but I planned my day around this rental and I wish they had mentioned when they stop renting on their website... so I wouldnt have had to walk there to find out.

Husband and I rented these after our cruise docked here. Great price and adventure. The map was a little confusing but getting a little lost and exploring is half the adventure. We were able to bike to the 3 lighthouses in half a day rental.

Convenient location next to the ferry is the selling point of this rental place, but with lackluster service and a limited selection. Bikes were not oiled or well maintained, one could not sustain low gear. Price was a bit high for the quality of the bikes.
