A little shabby and dark but service was friendly. I ask for a glass for my beer and it smell so bad it as difficult to enjoy my drink. Didnt try food.

New Years Eve party. The band was great and they moved the food and drink lines along very well for the most part. The event was sold out.The food was great. We had snacks they provided in a little buffet.I like how much room there was. Nice big halls that were helpful as I was moving slow this year. Its an older facility but it appears to be keeping up mostly.Nice perk is the hall connecting to our hotel.Event staff did a great job in my opinion. I had only positive experiences.

One of my favoret places to do karaoke 🎤 the fact that there are people there every week that have been going there for years says something about the place.

We stay over at The Ramada a few times a year with family and always have had a good experience. Seasons Grille always has great entertainment and wonderful food. Levi is AMAZING and always makes things just that much more enjoyable as well as other great bartenders we have had.

Cajun fries were good but the shrimp scampi... I would like to ask the chef where the scampi is? My friend put our fry sauce on top of the butter to make her own sauce.. plus salt and pepper. The shrimp tasted bad too. Breadstick was microwaved. I expected more for $19. However, our waiter was pleasant!

Staff was nice but the food was eh at best. I had the rotisserie chicken, with the rice pilaf and mixed veggies. The rice was ok but the veggies were clearly frozen peas and carrots that may or may not have been seasoned in the kitchen. The chicken was old, and you could clearly tell.My friend had the Italian seafood and that tasted much better. So if youre coming here, come for the burgers and drinks, but be cautious of the other entrees.

A decent place for a conference, ferstivities or a company meeting. Well maintained & nice service staff.

16 dollars? 16 dollars for something I could have made with 5 dollars? Tasted awful, smelled awful, looked awful. Waitress was doing as best as she could but wow was it slow. 40 Minutes to get a salad. Another 10 for my shepherds pie. And now Im by the toilet feeling like Im about to throw up. Avoid at all costs, go to duckfat. Or anywhere else.

Took forever to even get water! Only one person and she was interested only in waiting the group of men at the end of the bar. Let several customers walk out!

If you want some appetizers/ bar food or fried food and a couple of drinks I think you would be fine but for a good meal this is not the place to go. The worst meal I think I have every attempted to eat... I ordered fish big mistake. My fish had a weird smell to it, smelled like a wet towel that you forgot in the washing machine. My husband ordered steak he was not a fan but was edible, when we got back to the hotel he said Hope I dont get sick...he did Not. The service was great...very sweet waitress/bartender (she was on double duty), didnt want to sent anything back or complain to the waitress she was the only good part of the dining experience.

Food portions were small, especially the half rack rib which looked more like a quarter, tasted weird. My husband said his shrimp tasted bad. We only went there because it was in the same building as the hotel.

Nothing special, but its not too bad for comfort food. The service was top notch no problems at all.

Karaoke done right! Good sized dance floor for the size of the barroom. Drink prices are a bit high, but dont write the place off for that... Its a great place to meet new people, and running into some regulars is just as good!

We sat at a bar table for over 10 with no interaction with a server. Asked a bartender and they insisted someone would be around shortly. Atmosphere was dead and the poor waiter was monitoring 10+ tables unassisted, decided to try something else instead.

NYE event, they did very well creating the atmosphere and we all had a great time!

Went to this restraurant as an easy, nearby meal option and what a mistake. We waited to be seated for over 10 minutes, which should have been a sign. One server for over 10 tables and she had a poor attitude about the situation. Drinks took forever, food took even longer and wasn’t worth the money. Drive to the old port and get a real meal there.

Lazy liars,We held out wedding here. What we were sold and what we got were very different. To the point where they may have breached the contact. After saying that would buy the sashes we wanted, a month before the wedding they changed their minds. We pointed out it was in the contact and they agreed again. 2 days before the wedding they told us they were back ordered so we had to deal with what they had.The linens on the tables were wrinkled. We complained and there was one woman trying to fix it but she didnt have enough time and it was not corrected. Im talking wrinkled like the clothes I accidentally left in the dryer for a week.Speaking of sashes, the ones they said we had to use, were not in enough quantity to be on all the chairs. They wanted to leave some of them without sashes. They eventually got more after I had to complain. They didnt tell us they were short, they were just going to leave it as is.We were also promised a suite as part of our package, apparently a suite in this hotel means a full sized bed and a mini fridge. Very different than what I was sold.We had to tell them the carpets needed to be vacuumed, even after that there were blue things from a prior event.They didnt set up the tables how we discussed (there was a diagram) when we asked them to change them, we were told they couldnt because they didnt have enough people (two of us moved them ourselves)For the champagne toast, they put champagne in my 10 year olds glass.They took our engraved champagne flutes and cant find them. They them blamed us for setting them down on the head table..The tell you to call them and then leave their phone of the hook.The font desk was rude and unempathtic. Also they complained about their boss talking like a woman”Also, the coffee was terrible... To the point where I think it was a vat of instant coffee.This is only scratching the surface. I have many more terrible things to say about them.This place has no attention to detail. Everyone clearly hates their jobs. Do not do an event here, do not stay at the hotel.Despite Seasons best effort to ruin our day. We over came it and had a great time.

Waited for water for 10 minutes. Got our food, my meatballs are tasteless, so I paid $15 for bland food. My friend got the bacon chicken club and its so dry she could barely swallow it. For these prices I expect better food and better sorces.

We were 2 couples for a weekend away to Bangor: the girls wanted to shop; the boys wanted to drink beer and watch football. The guys found Seasons Sports bar based on a local recommendation, so we met them for lunch after which they hung out on a big comfy leather couch in front of huge high def TVs and watched football (and other sports). This place has a great vibe and offers great service, affordable beer, affordable and delicious food ... everything was so relaxed and friendly, our server was awesome, the wings were cooked to perfection, as were the bacon-wrapped scallops, chicken tenders, sliders, etc.. We will definitely be back!

This place is gross and dirty. The food is also plain and sometimes even cold. Service is always consistently slow like no one even cares. The place has always had a bed rep!

Waited 1.5 hours for a burnt burger that smelled like fish. No water/nobody to ask if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Noone was there to seat us in the first place. Waitress was very friendly and apologetic as she had to run the entire restaurant herself.

Terrible customer service. My order was screwed up twice, and they did not offer to make it up at all, acted like I was an inconvenience. So I just asked for a refund because I didnt want the headache anymore. I worked in customer service before, if it were me I wouldve offered the customer a new item on the house (I also had appetizer and dessert which I didnt mind, as it was only my entree that was screwed up). Things happen, it gets busy I get it. The reason Im writing this review is because they did nothing to try and make up a twice screwed up order, I got a refund but IMO they shouldve offered to make a new one free of charge since it was screwed up TWICE. I hope that one extra burger they simply could not spare for their mistake was worth losing a repeat customer.

No even one star but dont have a choice to po st! Do not want anyone having the same customer experience my family had. The bar tender Brianna was so incredibly nasty.talking to my mom like she is an idiot. Brianna told my mom prices of one thing but charged her another. Every drink was off by almost two dollars when she quoted. Which lead to her bill being over charged by like 15 dollars. My mother approached my boyfriend and I ro say she was going outside when Brianna says with the most attitude as possible is there another issue with the bill I didnt think a couple extra bucks would hurt.... well it isnt your money.. politely asked her to quit disrespecting my mother she was being rude and she threatened to kick me out!!! The one sober person in the bar!! After my mother left she handed me a business card saying I could call and complain, manegment wont do anything but customers seeing this review and knowing they deserve better!
