Ive been been looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle for several months now and finally found one at Autobon Auto Sales. I had a nice test driving and buying experience. They let me take my time with test driving, which I really appreciated — every other dealership I visited had a 10 or 15 minute limit, which doesnt give you enough time to get a good feel of the vehicle at every speed (especially since I was purchasing a manual). The purchasing process was fairly painless — no extra or hidden fees and no haggling over unnecessary warranties, which was a relief. They even swung the car by a gas station before bringing it out front to make sure I was driving away on a full tank of gas. A thoughtful touch!The price was not as flexible as I had hoped, but with the market the way it is thats to be expected and I still got a deal I was happy with. The dealership wasnt necessarily spotless or fast-paced, either, but if youre looking for something small and friendly with affordable vehicles, they are worth checking out.

I’ve been on the search for a fiat for about a week and I found this one at autobon auto, was the lowest price, least amount of miles and I drove 2.5 hours to go see it. There was another one in the area I wanted to see but I’m so happy I didn’t. Everyone at autobon was great to work with and I did around 200 miles the day I got the fiat and it ran and drove great. All fluids were good, expect washer fluid it was empty but I’m not docking points for that I don’t care. They freshly detailed the car while I was in dong paperwork and it came out looking great. I would do business here again if I was in the market for a car. Thank you.

I bought a nice 2003 Toyota Camry here and it is serving me well. I wanted to write a review because of the nice extra service they give me. Every month or so, for no charge, I take the car in for a service station check and they do all that stuff like checking the oil, tire pressure, etc. They are very friendly, helpful people and I really appreciate the service.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Emile and Randy both stayed after hours to run my finance application and were very patient with me, an anxious, first-time car buyer. Randy was able to get me a great deal with the financing, and Emile was very willing to accept my trade-in and show me around my new vehicle. The purchase process took about an hour or so, and I drove away a more than happy customer! Randy also has an incredible Hot Wheels collection, and who doesn’t love that type of nostalgia?!

We had a great experience at Autobon, a father son family operation, I cant remember their names, but they were more then helpful, the dad was very knowledgeable and helpful showing the vehicles and after every test drive had the next one ready to go, the son handled the paperwork side of things and took the time to get us the best possible APR and monthly payment rate, I was very happy and satisfied with his service. Scheduled an appointment to go look at a dodge caravan, we were hoping to buy it. Drove an hour to get there and texted the owner on our way. When we arrived they said they just sold it to someone else. Very irritating!!!! The least they could do was let us know they sold it so we d isn’t have to drive an hour in Portland traffic with a screeching baby and toddler. Very disappointed. Will not be buying from them in the future.

Saturday Jan 23, 2021 I bought a car (2019 Hyundai Kona) from AUTOBON Auto Sales. I messaged them a day before and they responded my message promptly. I met very friendly salesman Emile Attar who is the owner. He accommodated me wonderfully and provided me more than enough information about the car. He explained to me the history of the car, not only explaining but showed me the pictures about when and where he bought the car with the mileage reading and showed me receipts of what they fixed the car and why. He gave me a full inspection of the car.After I bought the car. He asked me to wait for few minutes. They washed, cleaned and polished the car for me. He also filled the gas tank for me. Not only that he offered me and did drive the car to my residence. I had a very pleasant and wonderful experience with AUTOBON Auto Sales. The car was in perfect condition. I also met very knowledgeable and friendly team there. He explained every thing clear and no hostile and no hidden fee.

These guys dont check their vehicles out very well before they. Went to test drive a Cadillac and it was leaking fluid from several components under engine. Big disappointment. I Was going to buy that car until i Luckily Discovered what may be very serious and expensive problems in the future. I went there to buy a cadillac and I wont go back.

I purchased my vehicle from Autobon back in early March, pre-pandemic. At the time I needed a work vehicle a.s.a.p. and really couldnt inspect much. Having already visited a few other used-car dealers, I immediately had a good feeling in my gut when I arrived: place was busy, family run, and absolutely zero pressure. I was test driving the van posted in their ad within 10 minutes. Drove better than all the other vans and trucks I tested, so I figured Id had enough shopping and bit the bullet, made my offer, and away I go. Oh! and they went the extra mile to fulfill a verbal agreement regarding a missing interior piece :-)Well, its been 4 months and 3k miles, busy as a bee. Found the time and found a good mechanic to attend to the fluids and make a full inspection: everything checked out 100%.Love my van.Im gonna need a pickup truck before the year ends; really hope this place has the right one - Id do business with them again any day. Had looked for several weeks at this 2006 VW Beetle. Just looking. Then my 2001 Mello Yellow hippie bug got hit and the insurance co totaled it. Well I live in Cali part time but live in Ore part time also. So while I was up a couple weeks ago went up and drove this bug. Manual transmission which I haven’t driven in years but just like riding a bike. Emile had to charge battery so okay drove it 60miles home but wouldn’t start next day. So got a new battery Emile paid me for it immediately. Had some drain on new battery Emile said bring it in he would look at it. I also asked him to fix the CD player. He replaced the radio CD player and checked the draw on the battery. All is good everything works and no draw on battery. I found Emile to be a very generous kind honest man and the office is very friendly. No pressure. Kathy Eback

We dont live in Portland but had a few hours to car shop on a recent visit. This car is exactly what we were looking for and although we didnt have cash, they were able to accept a check to make the buying process go very easily. Just stopped by to check out a BMW they had for sale. The car had low miles and good carfax records. When I read the engine code using my OBD reader, I found 27 codes. Told the staff about it and he got angry with me saying that theres no CEL so the OBD reader is wrong. They either 1) know about these codes and are trying to sell lemons - which is really shady or 2) dont know about these codes - which means they should reassess their pre-sale inspection process. Either way, ALWAYS always run your own pre-purchase inspection.

Bought a BMW for $6000 cash in April 2017. Car has broken down every month since. I have paid $4000 for repairs, tows, and rentals. Just took him to court Aug 2017, I won my money back Now he does not want to pay me. Watch Out!!!! bad, bad customer service. I am filing a complaint with BBBUpdate: After I was awarded my judgement. I received monthly payments deposited into my account by the owner. I have been communicating with his wife on the payment dates every month. He’s wife I can say is an amazing, compassionate person. I wish that I could have worked something out with her before having to go through court and paying $2000 for repairs. I thank her for being a great mediator. I’m glad that it is over. I received my last payment this month.

The company tries to place false defective and temporary band aids to huge issues within the cars before selling them. The cars will breakdown shortly leaving you with an empty wallet, broken car, and no sympathy from the company. This dealership is the epitome of a junk yard scam operation trying to make a quick buck on unknowing consumers.This has been evident over many transactions and is definitely not a single isolated incident.Avoid this fraud at all costs.There are many other alternative dealerships which have quality cars and integrity. There is no reason to even consider this one. It blows my mind that this fraud operation has not been shut down already.

Amazing we walked in there with what we had in mind and walked out 30 minutes later with an amazing 2007 Acura RDX. This is a family owned business that makes you feel part of them. They are auto dealers, but not like the pushy SOBs that try and sell you anything and everything you dont want for an unreasonable price an keep you for a full day just to wait your turn to do paperwork. I bought the car it’s was fine but four month it needs a new transmission. I think that’s interesting after I over paid for a use car that was “top” condition.

Bought a 2005 outback, couple days later CEL(p0420)turned on. Took it there and they cleared the codes only telling me that I wasn’t using the correct fuel.Took it to firestone to get a diagnostic and needed a cat so I got a hold of them.I ended up buying a new car. While replacing it find out that the old one didn’t have any honeycomb inside. 4 months later motor blew. Now I need to spend a lot of money on a car that was suppose to last me longer than 7 months.
