If I could give more than 5 stars I would. George and the team and BC took incredible care of my car and amazingly honored the quote they gave me back in 2019, which was a surprise. They finished the work a few days early and its clear they care deeply about customer service and satisfaction. They have a customer for life in me, though, I hope I wont have to be back in the shop any time soon... Go see the folks at Burnside Collision!

This place is dope. My Subaru had some front-end damage from an accident, and I took it to so many different shops in town for quotes. I was consistently told it would cost over $2000 to repair, which would essentially make my car totaled. Burnside Collision was able to do the job for $650 and they did a perfect job. I cant recommend them enough!

It was such a great experience!!! Everyone at the shop are so friendly and knowledgeable.Took in an older vehicle, they were able to find the parts to replace the damage done from a collision. Most shops would not take on this project, Mark and George were happy with the challenge.

Ive had two absolutely phenomenal experiences at Burnside Collision. Admittedly, mechanical/auto body shops are outside my usual comfort zone, but the entire team there was extremely welcoming, professional, and trustworthy. I worked mostly with Marc and George. These gentlemen are excellent communicators and compassionate professionals, the ideal combination in an industry thats unfamiliar to me, especially while recovering from a collision. They always kept me in the loop on status, educated me (in a welcome way, never mansplaining :)), and they even advocated for me with insurance companies! I highly recommend them, even if it means towing your car from outside Portland like I did, itll be worth it--theyre the best in the biz.

This happened a couple years ago (2018ish). Was sitting at a stoplight and an uninsured teen drove out of McDonalds and right into my Suburban. Took it to a shop that the ins co recommended and they said the frame was bent and the truck was totaled because they did not do frame work. Contacted Mark @ Burnside by referral from a friend. They took a look and said they could straighten the frame and the cost was less than 1/3 of the first body shop. Ins co agreed and they completed the work. Saved me from having to total a rare Suburban. Thanks Mark!

These guys are great, Mark fit me in with only an hour heads up. Someone had knocked my cars bumper off while it was parked and I thought it was a done for but he was able to fix it right up.

And, even though they could not find the parts used, the price was fair and their workmanship is very good.Also, even though they were very busy, they took a look at the body repairs on a used car that my daughter was looking at buying.I will never go anywhere else for body work!!

I took my car here when it got into a hit & run and my bumper got pulled out of place. I told them what happened. While I was waiting to get more information about the driver that hit me/follow up with my insurance, I just needed my car to be drivable because I had to go to work. They examined the damage, made up a quote for my insurance,and then popped my bumper back in to place so my car was drivable. They did all that in less than an hour & no charge. They helped make a really bad day better. Truly kind people.

I have had the opportunity to use this crew on multiple occasions. Ive been driving (probably too carelessly) for almost 50 years and have way too much experience with body shops. These guys have provided the best experience(s) of all time. Its hard to make this sort of thing delightful, but they pull it off. Just be patient, let the process run its course, and trust them to do a good job. It will work out just fine.

Omg guys, this place Burnside Collision is THE place you want to take your car. I mean for any car fanatics or if you are very picky with your car, take your car there. Mark and Jeff are extremely courteous and professional. Just a wonderful experience. Ive taken my car there after an accident, and it came out brand new again. You cant tell its been hit. They stay in contact with your insurance and any additional costs are run through the insurance. They did a great job working with the insurance and I didnt even have to call my insurance once work started. They detailed and washed my car before presenting it back to me. Just exceeded my expectations, Mark went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of! They even offered to give me a ride once I left my car there. I tell you what I had peace of mind leaving my car with them. If you need body work check them out! You wont regret !

I brought my truck in to get some body work done after an accident. They had two mechanics take a look at the truck, including the owner, and gave me a quote. While it was a lot of money I decided to go ahead with the work and they told me the quote was probably on the high side. They called me a few days later once the truck was disassembled and told me that it would actually cost $800 over the quote. This effectively totaled my truck and was not worth it for me. The guy I spoke with told me I could back out and they would return my truck to me.They returned it with a broken headlight and no bumper or grill. I had to bring the truck back and have them put a new headlight in, which cost me 70$. They still would not attach the bumper or grill and just gave me back my truck in pieces. I ended up spending 70$ to get my truck back in worse condition than I brought it to them so I cant really recommend them based on this experience.This is a 91 pickup that I was paying for out of pocket. I voiced my concerns over price and didnt want cosmetic repairs such as paint, but they refused to work on it unless they were able to do a full repair job. When the price increased by 50% they were still unwilling to cut some of the cosmetic charges and this put me in a situation where I could not afford the repairs.

Great experience. They were able to get me in for an appointment within the hour and I was in and out with an estimate in 15 min.

Burnside Collision is a professional, courteous, and talented shop of individuals! I brought my non-USDM import vehicle to them for body work after someone backed into it on the street. They mentioned always wanting to work on one of the rigs and were stoked to take a crack at it. They had to do a bunch of custom work since body parts are not readily available, though everything looks OEM to me.Plan on at least a couple week lead time, theyre busy and for good reason! Awesome work, fair prices, and situated right in the middle of town. Though I hope to never have to come back, theyre the shop Ill turn to for all my body work needs.

Not only did the guys here work with the insurance to get everything figured out, but they went above and beyond and even buffed some scratches out and detailed my car for free after all was said and done. I got in a minor fender bender a month ago and being new to the area, went to Burnside Collision after reading the numerous good online reviews. I am endlessly thankful I made that decision! Marc and his team were incredibly kind and informative all along the way. The quoted time was pretty spot on, and they even repaired a few other minor things unrelated to the accident while my car was in the shop. Insurance took care of the cost but I cant imagine them being anything other than reasonable. His team did a great job with the repair and even cleaned my car prior to me picking it back up. If I need body repair in the future I will definitely go back to Burnside Collision, and I will recommend all of my friends to go there as well.

Marc is the MAN with the PLAN. He worked on my car last winter and saved me close to 1k!! He ALWAYS broke down the costs and provided the reasons for each (or whatever you wanted to ask him), even went out of his way to pick up a used bumper to save me costs. You can tell hes in the business because he loves what he does and isnt there to rip people off or make a fortune out of others. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about below but there is ALWAYS a reason for Marcs decision and estimates. We trust him 150%.We recently had another fender bender (thanks to my out of town friend) but he offered to polish it up for free to see if it would remove any minor scratches and move forward from there...UNBELIEVABLE. It looked almost brand spanking new when we picked it up and we cant ever show how grateful we are to find this gem. His team is amazingly fast at what they do (response time too) and treats everyone with high respect, not to mention how knowledgeable they are as well. Cant thank him and his team enough. Well definitely be loyal customers whenever we need our cars repaired.PS They love beer ;)

My car was side-swiped in a parking garage, and had several sizeable dents, and lots of scratches on the driver side. I went to four different shops around town, and ended up going with Burniside Collision for several reasons: Michael was very patient and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions, the estimate was reasonable, and I liked that they are locally owned. It took two weeks to get the car into the shop, which was totally fine because the damage was purely cosmetic. The repair ended up taking three weeks (vs. the normal two weeks), due to a few parts that were hard to acquire and because of the holidays, however BC covered the additional time on the rental. Overall I had a great experience, and I would highly recommend them.The experience of getting your car damaged, especially when it’s not your fault, is so frustrating. If you’re anything like me, and you love your car, it is also such a sad experience. I was really worried that my car just wouldnt’ be the same. I’m happy to say that after the repairs, it looked as good as new.

Burnside collision gave us options when we had none.We found Burnside Collision through Yelp and initiated contact by requesting a quote. The team at Burnside Collision promptly responded and gave us a quote that easily beat the competition. We had what we thought was a bad radiator, but were also aware that if it wasn’t the radiator we might end up with a dead car (repairs that would cost more than value of the vehicle). As it turns out, the news was bad for us (bad head gasket which would cost a fortune to repair). The great news is that the good folks over at Burnside Collision provided us with a name of someone who would use our car for parts and in return, pay our Burnside Collision bill thus allowing us to walk away without having to pay a bill for a car that would do us no good. On top of that Burnside stored our vehicle for free until the buyer could tow it away.Thank you Burnside Collision for another option.

I am a repeat customer and I couldnt recommend these guys enough. I had a water intrusion issue with my landcruiser that required the fenders to be removed and body seams resealed. The windshield gasket also leaked after it was incorrectly set by another windshield crew. Long story short, Marc set the windshield correctly when literally no one in town wanted to touch it (they are notorious leakers), pulled the fenders and sealed the seams, and found a couple other leaks that he took care of pro bono! These guys are do great work, are professional, honest and have amazing customer service. So glad to have a truck that doesnt leak anymore!
