Gonna be honest, pretty lackluster experience and in hindsight I would not have chosen to get tires done there. Their main business is fleet work so general commercial customers should probably look somewhere else.When calling to schedule the tires I wanted to purchase and install they bounced me around to 5 different extensions before someone finally said they could take my order. The guy I talked to was helpful and we got my appointment scheduled for a 7am appointment a couple of days out. However, when I showed up for my appointment, they told me it was going to be 2 hrs because there were other people in front of me. Literally, there was me and one other guy that showed up at the crack of dawn to get this done, but still there were others that would push a simple tire change to 2 hours? Well, I probably should not have waited, but I did, so thats on me. Anyway after 2 hours I had to ask how it was going, and they didnt really know, and told me they think hes out testing out the tires. So after about 10 more minutes my vehicle was back. There was a rebate on my tires, which the rep and the guy in the parts department didnt really know how to get it applied, which I thought was pretty odd. But he took a few minutes to figure it out on the website, so that somewhat redeemed the experience.Long and short- probably better service for large truck/fleet jobs, but for single customers with simple jobs, take your business elsewhere.

Terrible service. Vehicle has been at north side for almost 2 weeks. We have had to call for updates, service dept has never called us. Not even to tell us problem we just got tired of waiting and called them. Service dept as well as manager of service does not return calls. I have left 3 messages in 2 days no return call. I would recommend another shop if you have a choice.

Just had my transmission replaced last week and was having some small drivability issues afterward, Ray Croon in the service department was right there to listen and help all the way through. Turned out to be a small thing with the throttle body. Very attentive and timely with information updates. Great work and now my rig is running fantastic again. Not sure who the tech was (no name listed on paperwork) but he did awesome work! Been going there for years and will continue to for years more.

I cant imagine these glowing reviews are real. Take your vehicle elsewhere. The mechanics mangled the interior headboard of my van, left oily prints, broke the interior door rail padding and failed to return phone calls. The van, which was quiet before its visit, now rattles

I have bought and serviced several vehicles here and have had the best experiences. The sales staff is friendly, knowledge and wonderful! The service staff are kind, friendly and efficient. They always help me understand anything technical that I dont understand. Being a woman I havent always felt comfortable at dealerships however, I feel at home here at Northside Ford. I highly recommend this company!! The extra added bonus is that they are family owned and operated.

I scheduled my vehicle in advance for servicing and to have some problems addressed. My van was kept for 2 days and was serviced. However, no problems were addressed, and not once was I called to be updated on the situation (I called 3 times and given lip service). Pretty poor customer service. I was lucky enough to call before closing to know my van was ready for pickup with no time to address my problems.

I made an appointment a week in advance and dropped it off as scheduled. My vehicle was there for 2 full days and Northside did not even look at it (nor did they call with an update). It took a total of 6 phone calls to speak with someone who knew anything about my vehicle. The person I finally spoke with said he was hoping to look at my vehicle the following day (day 3). I picked up my vehicle and brought it to another dealer in the area- it was fixed in less than 2 hours. Apparently an appointment doesn’t mean anything at Northside.

Do not even consider buying from this dealership they are super unprofessional and dishonest. I drove all the way from Seattle, to buy a Ford Raptor mind you I was going to spend 50k on this truck. Upon arrival the first defect I notice on the truck is a fat dent in the rear tailgate that was never disclosed. Additionally, I pop the hood and the engine does not look clean at all. So I took it to Firestone, and they informed me that it looked like someone was hard on this truck based off of their inspection. I was gonna get a diagnostic on the truck but when I was there I receive a call from the Salesman man Steve, demanding I bring the truck back immediately. He stated that people don’t test drive cars for that long. Simply poor customer service at its finest and completely unethical in every way. Steve is a snake he said there was nothing wrong with the Raptor, but there was mechanical issues and cosmetic defects. This guy promised me we had an agreement and offered to buy my truck for 32k and then low balled me to 26k after I got there because of a small dent similar to the Raptor. I drove all the way from Seattle, WA for this for this clown show of a dealership. Please reconsider buying from this dealership after you read this. Very honest and objective testimony from a customer.

Excellent service department. I was traveling in my RV and had an issue with my coolant system. They were able to get me in on a moments notice to help me out, despite being extremely busy. They identified the problem and made the fix in an extremely timely manner, saving my vacation and reducing the number of “are we there yet” I was subjected to. 10/10 would recommend.

Well, to have a car filled with used masks, empty waterbottles, trash and bits of food available for a test drive is one thing.But to then sell the same car in that condition is unquestionably the worst experience ever.We werent amused.Update: we just discovered the fact that the previous owners (or salesman using it between owners) must have jumped a curb with the right rear tire. The rim is deeply scarred and theres a hole in the sidewall 1/8th of an inch thick! Were so sick we didnt know this before we left the lot!

It felt like a bait and switch. Was given a written quote and when I brought the truck in was told that they forgot to add in valve cover gasket looms @ $200.00 and that it was highly recommended to change them. After that first contact I lost confidence. I called the service manager and explained what happened and said that I chose them to do the work because they were within my budget and was left with the impression from him that they would install the new Loom Gaskets at the quoted price. Turns out they installed the old gaskets that were highly recommended to change.They also stayed within my budget of $4,000.00. Original quote $3919.13 the managed to get that up to $3,999.98. They lied on several fronts...I never authorized the additional standpipe work.I told them what I needed to have done. My expectation that within the provided quote that all items needed to properly complete that work to factory standards would be included. Valve cover gaskets, fuel filter, oil change etc...Its not their first time. No excuses are acceptable in an organization of this size and years in business. The fuel filter wasnt changed either.

I went to Courtesy Ford and they told me I needed to make an appointment for the following week and would take approx. 2 hours for service. Northside Ford was able to provide service SAME DAY! Northside took care of my needs immediately and in a timely manner. I was in and out in about 45 min, which was much less wait time than I was originally quoted. I will be returning for service at Northside. Thank you for everything!

I had another company tell me that my problem was difficult, recommended expensive diagnostics, with no indication of the upside of what we were looking at.I drive an old ford pickup - it is really mostly worth sentimental value. This company identified the problem right away and I was out the door very inexpensively.Definitely recommend.

This is the best place I’ve ever had my truck serviced at. Their prices are very fair and they have never tried to talk me into getting work done that I didn’t need. In fact one time I went somewhere else to get my headlight changed and I was told that because of accident damage it was impossible to change the bulb and I would need to replace the whole system. I made an appointment at north side to get the work done, ready to spend a few hundred. When the technician looked at my car he said he could probably just change the bulb. So he messed around with the light and was able to change the bulb. Then he only changed me a few bucks for the bulb and no money for installation. Best service center around!

We took our truck here for factory recall service work and then about a week later, someone unlocked the truck with a cloned key fob or factory keypad number in front of our house and stole everything of value within it. Coincidence? Possibly, but weve never had anything broken into or stolen from our property and weve lived here for more than 40 years. We think an employee may have scoped out the contents of the vehicle and came for them after we were back in possession of it.

***I would not recommend to anyone.. salesmen lied to me about all the features in van, (I was busy and had to do everything over phone on what I was looking for) then didn’t process my ford rebates for a few months after having to call them everyday and ford Customer care calling the store..I only bought 1 commercial van from here and after this experience I have since bought 10 other vans from COURTESY FORD and will be purchasing a few others. They gave me a better deal and the staff was well put together and process all rebates and paper work fast! Go to courtesy ford for a great deal and experience!!

Shawn and Zach have to be the best service advisors Ive ran into. They explained they only work on big trucks but were willing to take on my super duty because the light service guys were to busy. Shawn got me in right away and Zach followed up that evening letting me know what needed to be done. My truck was in an out of the shop in one day when other shops have told me 3 to 4 days. In September of this year (2019), I took my 2013 Ford Focus here because I got a letter in the mail stating that there had been a recall on the fuel tank. After they looked at my car, I was told that my fuel tank looked fine and didnt need to be replaced. That they had only reset the software.A week ago my check engine light came on. I took it to the lovely men at Everett Street Autoworks & Mechanics (I highly recommend them btw) to get it diagnosed. They gave me fault code P0420 and TSB 13-12-4. They stated that they called a Ford location and they were told that the labor and parts would be taken care of under the recall.I gave this location (Northside Ford Truck Sales, Inc.) last Monday (11/4/2019) a phone call to let them know of the situation and see if they could take a second look at my car. Instead of listening to me and trying to understand what I was saying, the person on the phone kept going back and forth with me. It was clear to me that he wasnt understanding so I told him I would call him back after getting the codes.About 3 minutes after I got the codes, I gave this location a call back, hoping that the codes would help the young man understand the issue I was having with my car. This lady put me on hold for 5 minutes then told me the person that was helping me was helping another customer and would call me back. She even pretended to take down my number and promised the man would give me a call back.Here we are, Wednesday (11/13/2019) & I still have not received a call back. No one has reached out to me about anything. I just moved to Portland not too long ago and I thought Id have an easier experience dealing with ford rather than an auto shop.Im extremely disappointed with the lack of care and customer service. If anything happens to me in my car, because you all didnt do your job, I will be getting my lawyer involved.If you want your car looked at by people who actually care, I highly recommend Everett Street Autoworks & Mechanics. I will never take my car back to this Ford location and will never recommend it. I hope you all do better. And no worries, I dont expect a phone call. Had one of the worst experiences there. Car broke down again .4 miles from picking it up the 1st time on a busy street where people were rude. They even had the tow charge on the bill but they did take it off. When I got my car back it was splattered with mud all over it which is not how it was received. Felt like I was not being heard or listened to by them. I know it was an emergency repair that wasnt scheduled but if thats how they would treat older people in dire straits I suggest you find somewhere else to go. Would not recommend!!!

Not whiny customer 20 minutes... No, 20 actual minutes on hold with the parts department and still could not get help--just a bunch of attitude from the beleaguered schmoe left to work the parts department, by himself, on the busiest day of the week.Well. We had a Transit dropped off on Monday October 7th. Needed Driveshaft coupling replaced under warranty. We were told the Transit would be ready October 10th. After multiple phone calls and two weeks of waiting we picked it up October 23rd. I felt we should have had better communication by Northside so we could plan around not having a vehicle for over two weeks. Not sure why parts for this problem are not more readily available by Ford for dealerships so they can get customer taken care of.I do not think we will buy another Transit for our Fleet.

This is a really unfortunate review. I purchased a used 2018 Ford F150 and wanted to find a Ford dealership close to home but I was treated so poorly when trying to purchase accessories. They gave me a three hour range to install a trailer hitch because I was told it depended on what type, however there was only one that works on my vehicle. She didnt even ask me the type of vehicle I had or even the type of bed liner I wanted, just that each would take up to 3 hours each to install. Very dismissive and unhelpful in every way. That is too bad as I was looking for a place to call home for all my services. Transparency is key when hardworking people are spending their money on extra parts.

Took my service truck there about 2weeks ago to have a wrench light look at couple of days later they call me and said it needed a new motor at the time of 24.500 dollars I got it out of there and took it to a nother shop they found a broken rocker and fixed it for about 10.000 went back to Northside showed the services person they broken rocker and he said good you got it fixed also told me that they are a production shop get it in and out no more work for them I originally bought the truck from them in 2008

I went to Northside Ford to get a small part for my F250 pickup. First off, how about a sign over the door to the parts department. I just might be helpful to your customers. Something the staff in the parts department knows nothing about. There was a guy helping a customer at the front counter. There were about 5 guys behind him standing there doing NOTHING. I stood there for over 15 minutes. Not one word from anyone.........Hey people, there is something called courtesy shown to a customer. Not at Northside Ford. After 20 min of not even an acknowledgment from anyone in the place that I existed....... I walked out. Do Not worry Northside Ford.....I will never come back to do business with you ever again.

I dont trust the work they may have done. I bought a used F350 diesel and took it here to get all the fluids chaged. Took a day, but since they said they found a leaking degas hose and replaced it, I was happy. But then a few months later I took it in because I smelled exhaust in the cab and the truck consistently squealed on acceleration. With a little bit of research, this is a common exhaust manifold problem.I scheduled an appointment a week and a half in advance. I dropped it off first thing in the morning. I called back at noon, they said they have yet to drive it they were very busy. They called back in a couple of hours saying they drove it three times and didnt replicate the issue and want to try again the next day. When I dropped it off I told them it was my only vehicle and was leaving town in 4 days. So I took it back since they didnt have a loaner or rental car available. Made the squeal noise leaving the parking lot. (Did they really drive it?) They charged me $68 for labor.I took the truck to Tillamook Ford the following week and they immediately suspected the exhaust manifold issue based on my description. In less than an hour they confirmed it by looking at the manifold. Now that they are working on it, they say the coolant looks like it has never been changed. I paid Northside $388.95 to change both coolant systems 7k miles earlier. Now I wonder/worry what else Northside may not have done when I paid them for other maintenance items and trusted they were done. I will not be returning to Northside in the future.

The incompetence of the service desk is breathtaking. I made an appointment, I showed up at the appointed time, and when I got there it appeared they had no record of the appointment because the guy just took a blank form and started asking for my data and filling it in. I thought that was a bit odd.Two hours after the appointment time I returned from some shopping to find my motor home still parked where I left it. I went to the service desk and expressed concern over the fact that they had obviously not started work yet, obviously having ignored the appointment.The guy asked for my name, I gave him my name and he shuffled through a bunch of papers but couldnt seem to find anything. He asked me for the name of the clerk who had taken my information, and I expressed dismay that it was necessary for me to memorize the names of the people I talked to in order to conduct business with this company.He pointed to the adjacent service position and asked if it was the person who sat there; I said yes. He left the room, and the person I had talked to entered the room. He shuffled some papers and tapped on his computer, telling me how busy they were and how it was unreasonable for me to expect them to get work done in a timely fashion. We require one day minimum for motor homes, he said, adding that two or three days is more the norm.I realized that, yes, of course, it was unreasonable for me to expect any timely work to be done since obviously they only made appointments for show, and they actually just worked on things when they got around to it. (Remember that Seinfeld episode where the car rental agency tells him they have no cars even though he reserved one? I couldnt help thinking of his retort: Anyone can take a reservation, he said, waving his hands in the air, the key is to actually have a car when the customer gets there!)I phoned the service department at the Ford dealer in Chehalis, WA, which was where I was headed. I explained the problem, he said he was familiar with it and had no doubt that theyd be able to take care of it in an hour or two. I made an appointment.I asked for my key back and left this godforsaken shop.If you go there to have work done, dont say you werent warned.

Gary was very friendly and was knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in. He spent the necessary time with me to make sure I knew everything about the truck and how the various systems worked, and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure through the entire process which made it a very pleasant buying experience.

I have to say both foreman’s Jeff and Nick are exceptional! I came in with my F350 the front desk was very busy. I talked to a little squirrelly guy that likes to type really hard lol. He said he would try to get someone out there to scan it immediately to see if something was serious since I was in a hurry. Jeff arrived (SUPER SMART GUY). He found when I did my air filter I left something unplugged and I needed some high pressure oil sensor soon. Seemed like he knew everything Ford! I was in a hurry and ended up leaving (bad idea). My truck started shutting off I thought it was the sensor so I went and got one. After trying to find it I ended up calling Northside for help. The front desk was busy and they didn’t seem to know about my oil sensor. I called again and got Stacie ( great phone skills). She had me hold and sent me to Nick (very very professional and knowledgeable). He seemed to know about my encounter with Jeff and led me through replacing what he called a(cip sensor). My truck ran again!! He suggested getting it quality checked at a dealer (since I was already in Idaho) and have the code cleared which I did and everything was fine. He didn’t have to spend that time with me but he did and I owe him my deepest gratitude. I know I could’ve got it towed or should’ve stayed at Northside but in the end Northside got me home to my family for the Holidays. Thank you Northside. I will be back and send everyone I can!!
