When I call they help me right away. If I need anything they help me as soon as possible. Never waited more than 5 minutes. I love my insurance. They help me on my auto, motorcycle and renters insurance. Just love it. All under $100 for all three.

Andrew,does not take care about his clients,when its time to protect us.He made the statement it the company,wont pay.our van got 2,000 damage thanks to there roadside people. Cause we did a claim,they dropped us from car coverage.we stayed with homeowners insurance.500k house they are telling us if we make a claim leak in ceiling it will go against us..are we paying premiums for 3 years. beware this Andrew living the good life with his five sons could care less about us old folks.oh! It not him its state farm

My husband has one of our vehicles and his motorcycle insured by State Farm. We are both annoyed by the State Farm Agent, Andrew Aguirre, located in Portland, Texas. He constantly has his staff emailing, calling or mailing us SPAM. Today I received a call from his staff stating that Andrew Aguirre was trying to reach us about our life insurance policy. The lady tells me that Andrew has a folder and documents for us to review. I told her that we don’t have life insurance with State Farm that we have it through our work. She tells me that he just wants to review it with us. Review what? I didn’t ask to be contacted about life insurance. The lady tells me that it will be here for us to pick up when we are ready.My husband has decided to move his motorcycle and vehicle to my policy with Geico due to the constant annoying SPAM phone calls, emails and mail we receive. I am calling Geico later today to get it moved.
