White traveling recently, I arrived in Portland and booked a couple of photography jobs which required me to pick up some additional gear. The staff didn’t even acknowledge me even though I had been in the store for over 30 minutes. When I did finally ask someone for help, they acted as though they were bothered as they were in the middle of something more important. I used to shop here all the time when I lived in Portland and it was always great. It seems as though things here have gone drastically down hill and the customer service was disappointing. Experiences like this are why customers like me will opt to order from amazon instead of supporting local businesses.

Super friendly and you can tell they love what they do. Unlike other Camera stores these guys don’t seem to think they’re better than the customer and are happy to answer questions! Rental process was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend these guys over most other places I’ve been.

This may be the coolest business I have used. The best customer service I have received from any business in my life. The front desk is helpful, friendly, funny, nice. This is the first Google review i’ve ever posted because this business goes beyond expected, I appreciate that and am giving them kudos.

I found some old point and shoots and wanted to get them developed. Not many places in Portland develop film anymore. Pro Photo did a great job developing my pics and they were emailed to me quickly. Fun to uncover some old memories.

The staff was super kind and extremely knowledgeable on lenses and camera equipment. As for the lenses, they are reasonably priced and in great shape. I will definitely use their lens rental again.

Essential to any camera or photographer on a limited budget! You can rent $4000 lenses for a day or two at a fraction of the cost and see if its what you really want!Great rates and awesome customer service.Would highly recommend...

Ive rented from this place for a couple years now and Ive always loved their absolutely AMAZING selection of the latest and greatest gear for all of your photography and 4k video production needs. Very decent rental prices for lens, and you can also rent a lens over the weekend and just pay 1 day for it. Renting camera bodies is a little more expensive but they do come with a big kit.
