Do not use this company. We were 9 year loyal customers and are exiting on very poor terms. I needed to get new equipment as our phone line was no longer transmitting a strong enough signal for their equipment. They signed me up for a 3 year contract without understanding it & weve now moved, they now say we need to buy out the 3 year contract that we dont recall ever signing up for.This is unethical, do not work with these people.

This installion of a camera system is the second time that we have used Quadrant. The first experience was so good we knew we wouldnt have any other company do the work. Our system was complicated because we live way out in the country without the normal amenities available to city dwellers. Quadrant provided a prompt quote of the work that was easy to understand. They answered all of our many questions without hesitation. Every technician working on our property has been very professional, knowledgable, tidy, efficient with their work and never leave until we have a good grasp on the technology installed. It is apparent that customer service is their top priority. Everything they have installed for us has worked flawlessly and is user friendly. We wont hesitate to call them again.

I called Quadrant to help me with clients who wanted to mount a tv over a fireplace. I told Jeff, my salesperson, what type of mount the clients were looking for and the size of their existing tv. Kevin arrived on time (with the tv mount), protected the Hardwoods and was lovely to the clients. He swiftly got the bracket mounted and with the help of Carlos, they had the tv up and running and any mess perfectly cleaned up before they left. Quadrant does all my low voltage wiring on jobs, but I didnt know about this tv hanging service. It is worth every penny!

We have been enjoying our whole house internet for two weeks now and we couldnt be more pleased! Even with all the Covid slowdowns, Peter Corvi and Crew got us covered in record time. Both our daughters returned home and are working remotely from the house. We REALLY needed a network that worked. Jabril was the technician that worked all the magic and got us running seamlessly through the entire house. Quadrant put together a list for our approval and supplied all the necessary equipment. Installation was an easy half day (for me). All protocols followed. Jabril even came back two days later to mount our new Frame TV and make sure everything was connected and working well. If you need any help with your home electronics, network, Security, then I suggest you give Pete and Quadrant a call. They were awesome.DJ and Ann Mayer

With Covid impact and our family quarantining, 3-4 kids on zoom doing school, both parents on zoom the home WiFi was overwhelmed! The quadrant tech installed upgraded equipment ( switches and access points) and magically our speed improved 5x. The tech was very efficient and made sure all our devices ran on the new upgraded WiFi. Strongly recommend using them if you are in need of better than cable WiFi system! The tech was polite, super knowledgeable, and was willing to explain every step of the install.

Be careful doing business with Quadrant Systems.Ive been a customer of the home alarm service for 25 years and when we decided to sell our home last fall I called in December to cancel my service. I assumed everything was fine until I received a statement in late June for $250 which included the six month period after I had cancelled my service as well as for the upcoming six months. During the six months from December to June I had received no communication from Quadrant that I owed them any money.I called and cancelled my service for the second time and, once again, everything seemed fine. The person on the phone apologized for their not following through on my earlier cancellation and explained their billing department gets confused at times. The person also said that technician would have to come out to disconnect the service since it was so old. I was told by both this person and the technician (nice guy) that came out that was no charge for the disconnect service call.So, imagine my surprise when a few days later I get a bill for $365, which included $125 for the service call that two people had said was no charge; $125 for the service between December to June (that had been cancelled in December) AND a bill for $125 for the upcoming July to December period. This was in the same invoice in which they were charging me $125 for having ALREADY disconnected the service.When I called I talked to a nice woman who kept putting me on hold while she went and talked to someone. When she came back she told me that, back in 2009, I had signed a service agreement with them that included a 3 year automatic renewal of the contract for the upcoming 3 years and thus they were being really nice to let me out of the contract. I confessed that I did not recall the details of an agreement signed 10 years ago, but pointed out that I had called last December, which happened to be the 3 year anniversary.At the end of the day, they agreed that the service call should not have been charged; that it was pretty dumb to be charging me for the next six months of service AFTER they had already disconnected the service, but they continued to want payment of half of the period from December to June for $67. I ended paying the $67 since its not worth the time and effort to continue to dispute such a small amount.So, if you are thinking of doing business with Quadrant be aware that you are signing a 3 year contact with an automatic 3 year renewal (with no notice provided) and that you are dealing with a company that puts little value in a 25 year customer and seems very confused about its internal policies.

Quadrant Systems did an outstanding job implementing an audio visual system into our city Council Chambers. They helped us engineer a solution that met our needs while adhering to our budget constraints. Their installation technicians did a great job of completing the project within the allotted time frame and performed a very clean install. The entire team has been easy to work with any the few issues that arose after install were quickly resolved by the team.

We have used Quadrant through two separate phases of our home renovation. They have set up our home wireless network, multi-room audio/visual distribution, home theater configuration, and security control for our gate. Weve had very positive experiences along every step of the way.We have always found them to be very knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. Several areas of our project did not have a packaged, easy solution; Quadrant, however, did their research and ultimately brought together new, innovative technologies to solve our problem. We were very impressed by their resourcefulness.Even when we ran into hurdles (as would be expected with any large scale project), they worked hard to resolve the issues until we were happy with the outcome. Ive never found them to be evasive or shy away from their responsibilities. If anything I feel that they go out of their way to provide excellent, personalized service.Mike D., our favorite tech, has been amazing to work with. Hes extremely patient, approachable, and a whiz with home networking. He often went out of his way to address our concerns, including helping us set up our NAS drive and troubleshooting network problems that other subcontractors were having!I have and will continue to recommended Quadrant without hesitation.

I have been a customer of Quadrant for several years. My home network was showing signs of aging. They sent their IT network person, who was able to get my home network more stable. He took the time to explain in laymans terms, what was going on, and what I would need to do to upgrade my system to fit my needs. Very personable and answered all my questions. Looking forward to continuing to work with them

Watch out for the long-term contract when you sign up or re-sign You think when you renew you arent signing a long-term agreement, even when you want to change YOU CANT. Unethical, there are better more honest people in town. Use them and be smart.

We have used Quadrant Systems for about 15 years. TV, Stereo, Surround Sound, WIFI, Mesh, Universal Remotes, etc.. They have alway had knowledgeable techs, sales reps and service personnel. They get it done right the first time. Not inexpensive but worth it! Highly recommended.

Very unethical company. Stated they could troubleshoot issue. Paid for visit. Technician stayed only 7 minutes and was confused. Did not bring equipment as promised. Left stating they wouldnt charge me- they ended up charging. Dont trust. Comment added 10/21/18-The response below is a lie- the technician was 15 minutes late and had no clue what he was there for. I am the CEO of my own successful company so have no reason to tell an untruth. This isnt about money- its about warning the public of this duplicitous and unethical company. I am filing a claim with the state of Oregon and BBB to at least let others know of their dishonesty and corruptness.

I recently hired Quadrant to install the Sonos system in my home along with a new TV in the family room. I worked with Steve who was personable and professional. He assessed my situation and came up with good solutions that fit my needs.I was very impressed with the work and the equipment installed. They came right on bid and I have confidence that I can call them in for any additions or solutions in the future. Its nice to see a company focused on true customer service. They delivered great product and installation on time.

Quadrant Systems is a very detailed high quality company. They did our rough-in installation during construction of our home and also completed the final installation after our home was completed. The final installation included installation and configuration of modem/router, 65 TV wall mount within a built-in entertainment center, Sonos sound bar with sub woofer plus adding the Sonos app to all wireless devises. Their quality of workmanship is exceptional. I highly recommend Quadrant.

Quadrant is a company where only dishonesty and arrogance surpass incompetence.I have hired Quadrant for low voltage and AV work in a custom home under construction. I would not vent on the internet about anyone without giving them a chance to resolve the issues in good faith. I have tried to work out the problem with Quadrant for a few months but got nowhere. My recommendation is to steer clear of them but if you need more details here is a list of problematic issues:- They request 90% of the estimated amount upfront. That will pretty much lock you in even if you don’t like the way things are going.- The System Designer assigned to my project would ignore e-mails and communicate eratically. I have asked the General Manager to remove him from my project early on but that request was ignored.- Multiple errors were made resulting in delays, added cost and unsatisfactory final results.- The price tag of their biggest mistake is $5200. They have ordered and installed a movie screen without consulting me about the desired screen height. When contacted to fix the problem, they have stonewalled me at every level, including the owners. They kept lying and when cornered, new lies would emerge. Instead of taking care of the problem resulting from their negligence, they try to put the blame on the customer and offer a fix only if they are paid again. That will obviously not happen, but I did file a complaint against them with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.In summary, the bad reviews of this company on the internet are not by accident. Once they have your money the quality of their work and customer satisfaction take a backseat. They don’t seem to care about their reputation and they probably figure that there will always be other customers. Likely true, but it should not be you.
