I love it here used to live here around 2015-2017 and let me tell good place to live if you have kids! It is amazing in the summer!

Ive tried to schedule a tour for almost a week now. I call every day, multiple times a day, during office hours. The phone rings and eventually goes to voicemail where I dont get a response. If I cant even get good service to look at the place, I would assume the management is terrible when you live there.

Horrible and childish management. Mold in walls to the point of wood decay and collapsed flooring/ceiling. Was told we have to pay almost two grand to transfer from a mold infested apartment into one without mold. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible management will run you around in circles over everything, strongly recommend any where else if you have the option. Maintenance is pretty bad too good luck trying to get anything done with the combined incompetence of both management and maintenance. Not even competitive rates anymore, and they will treat you like garbage.

I went to look at the apartments last week and was assisted by Olga who worked at the office. She is the sweetest and most genuine person!! She made my experience 100 times better. Thank you Olga 😃😃😃

The manager here does not respond to emails. I had an emergency maintenance that I needed taken care of and they waited until Monday to do anything. They are refusing to reimburse me for money lost due to this. The manager tells me to wait around and they are going to pay me and then after one month she says its against company policy.

Ive lived here a few months now and over all I think it is a good value and a nice place to live. Its generally pretty quiet. Im in a downstairs unit so I do here my upstairs neighbors walking around sometimes. Im in a one bedroom and the units are small, but I like that. Easy to take care of. The living room and bedroom are pretty spacious though. Small kitchens and bathrooms. I like the look of the complex. Mid-century modern! Large windows looking on to a nice courtyard with pool and large green space. Beamed ceilings in living areas too . Great area for walking and close to shopping. My experience with management has been good too.

This is my first home here in Oregon with my wife, and we love it here. There’s a good gym down the street, a couple nice breweries in walking distance, and the management team is great, especially Nessie and Lana who do a great job keeping a good environment to live in.

I am actually in disbelief of how disreputable this management company is. The weekend associate stressed one price to me repeatedly in order to pressure me to sign up for the apartments and then they tried to charge me a totally different price. When I asked them what gives Amethyst (the property manager) repeatedly stated that there was a miscommunication as if I had misunderstood what I was signing up for. Theyre willing to say anything to get you to sign. Thats $50 I will not get back. I made a complaint to the BBB and notified Amethyst who gave me a generic response. They were not willing to correct their mistake. Theyre willing to defraud people for just $90. Imagine what theyll rip you off with when you move out.

So i was told one total price for rent and a deposit for my pet. After i got an application approved they sprung a seperate utility charge plus monthly pet rent. No big deal except my credit score dropped 14 points after the company checked my credit. Now theyve compromised my home search. Please be more transparent and up front with total move in costs.

I rated these apartments a 5 based entirely on my experience with the people working there. The apartment manager, Tony, quickly resolved any problem that arose and was MORE than helpful when I had to break my lease due to unforeseen circumstances.The apartments are small and the buildings are old, but they take excellent care of the property. The location was absolutely perfect for me; I loved being able to walk to the store to buy my groceries. Im definitely going to miss my little apartment!

Great management team. Neighborhood is so accessible to everything; malls, eateries and groceries to name a few. Its only 10-15 minutes to downtown. I love that they accept dogs. Wh we n I first moved her from California, it was so hard to find a place with 2 bedrooms, nice square footage that also accepted dogs. TONY is amazing, never had to hunt him down for maintenance issues; which he had so little of. Its pretty quiet and a diverse community. The pool area is nice too

I was quite unhappy with the management jacking up rent 80 bucks. Disgusted actually.I did though have a positive experience today as my sink has been leaking for a week. Dishes were piling up and starting to mildew and stink. I went to fill out a maintenance request form, and after a mere hour, the ever helpful maintenance supervisor Khataun Thompson assured me it would be attended to. The garbage disposal was fixed, dishes got cleaned. The management supervisor should be running the operation.

If YOU LIKE BLACK MOLD & A VERY RUDE MANAGER (ALISHA), then this is the place for you!! If you also like to know your RENT will be RAISED every 6 MONTHS you will love this place!! My mother lived there for 1 1/2 years and always paid her rent on time and and they raised her rent from to $595 to $745 and we gave our 30 days notice and I moved her a half mile away for a much bigger and nicer apartment for the same price! RUN FAR AND FAST!!!! THEY WERE THE WORST

I misplaced my laundry room key and mailbox key some how, I reported it over a week ago. I was told that Id have a new key in an envelope attached to my door. I also explained that my dog has medication in the mail that he really needs. Ive called and left messages Ive emailed the office and still no key and no response. This is incredibly frustrating so if you decide to live here, dont EVER lose your key, you wont get another one.

I lived at the Scholls for 18 months and loved it. Came at the end of Tonys riegn (he was good to me) and the current manager is great. Excellent location and doable rent..I payed 905$ for a 1x1 WSG included in that. I enjoyed living there :)

Please note this review was written with Shalana and Nesie Payne were the property manager at the Scholls. Mhusband and I moved here in June of 2018 - and left Jan 2019. We loved this place as our new home. The apartment was a one bedroom, small of 450 sq fr. Pet and service animal friendly. The pool is very nice, and the grounds are always kept clean. Management was kind, funny and respectable.

Mold everywhere. Completely everywhere. Storage unit got broken into and they took over a grand worth of my stuff, and personal items. No security or cameras. It was an old motel so its very low quality for the price. Unfortunate.

This is an older apartment complex built in the mid 60... the rent is semi reasonable for the neighborhood that it is in. A one bedroom one bath as of this writing already set you back about$1000.00 a month. They have a swimming pool. Dog friendly complex. Walking distance to bus stations, groceries, restaurants and coffee shops. It took about 15 mins to downtown Portland. The negativity is when the Oregon weather hit up in the 90 these apartments could heat up very quickly. Winter months your heat bill a little bit high. But at the end of the day quality of the earea you live in is very important.

Quiet but kid/family friendly older complex that was built well, has recently updated units, a beautiful pool, gorgeous lawn, ample parking, and shopping very near by.

Nothing fancy but quiet and good building. Great location next to stores with everything you could need, convenient to 54 and 56 bus.

Loudest Apartments Ive ever lived in... neighbors are loud. building workers are unbelievably rude and loud and give no notice to noise disruptions. between the downstairs tweaker neighbors that yell at their children and fight and slam doors... to. some. yapping dog barking and constant contruction and a management that does nothing to change the problems but give you the run around.. getting peace and quiet here is impossible.

Apartments are small old and way way to much money for what looks like a cheap hotel inside u have to walk through a hall way of a kitchen through the bedroom to get to the bathroom no windows to speak of and no ventalation for kitchen or bathroom that goes any were but the stinky walls...

Great price! Very clean, little maintenance issues, nice pool.

I paid a $900 deposit on a 1 br, after 6 months of hating where I lived (round the clock barking dogs, parties, domestic situations, MOLD, etc) I moved out. No Deposit was given back! They cited dirty carpet and painting, THE CARPET WAS DIRTY WHEN I MOVED IN AND ITS THE LAW APARTMENTS MUST PAINT AFTER EVERY TENANT! Management sucks, its some Little Man with Even Littler Man Syndrome (named Tony), and the rest of the staff are arrogant, rude, and straight up lazy and unprofessional. The Scholls should be demolished.
