I’ve lived at Sawyers Row for nearly one year now and have had nothing but a positive experience. There was a change in management right after I moved in and since then it has been clear that they are working hard to make improvements to the building and common areas. The few maintenance issues I’ve had have been addressed and resolved immediately, and the office staff has done a great job bringing the community together with all of the resident events. The location in prime if you’re looking for that urban environment with a neighborhood feel. Overall great place to live!

This is one of the least expensive apartment buildings in the area, and I guess you get what you pay for. Ive lived here for a year, and in that time the front door call box has never worked to buzz people in. Also for the entire year, the back fire pit has never worked, and after trying to grill multiple times, Ive only had success with the grill once, as the gas is almost always empty. The fob entry to the back door has been broken for over 2 months, and management has no estimate for when it will be fixed. The property manager is unreachable by phone, only email (sometimes), which I find frustrating. The apartment themselves are pretty nice, but Im keeping my fingers crossed that nothing else breaks.UPDATE:This building is still really inexpensive for the area, and I love the location. The good news is, the back door, fire pit, and bbq have been fixed since my last review! Ive also been experiencing better communication with the staff, and learned its best to email them rather than call, for sure.Also wanted to add that I really like the design of the building, inside and out. I would recommend living here if you want to save some money compared to other NW buildings, and if you dont care much about amenities.

Terrible management. Very inattentive and has not fixed problems with the property in a year now. The bbq and firepit are always out of gas so you basically have none of the amenities you pay for. Lastly, even though my girlfriend is on the lease, management never returns her calls nor do they address mail in her name, even after being told countless times. Property itself is decent if you don’t care how you’re treated or a terrible management company.
