When we moved in to our duplex, we had plans to find a bigger home after one year when our lease was up. But due to the fact that we have watched the staff and owners, working hard to clean up the area, remodel homes as tenants move out as well as being super attentive to any needs we have had.We have chosen to stay in a home that may be a little smaller than our needs, due to the care the owners and staff have to the tenant needs. As well as being so reasonably priced rent! We just signed another year lease and are happy we did so.

Updated Review:I have lived at Benford Court for 7-8 years now & have absolutely NO Complaints!! I appreciate the fact that it is a Family Run property & we are greeted by name and are more than just another Apartment number to the Owners.In the very few maintainence requests that I have put in over the years, they have ALWAYS BEEN addressed within hours & always fixed in less than 24 hours, which keeps the living environment well above par & I couldnt be happier 💜The property is Very well organized, managed, & maintained!! They have weekly landscapers & keep the grounds very clean.The Summer/Seasonal Pool is absolutely Beautiful!!! Always clean & maintained. The fruit trees & plants surrounding the pool are just the icing on the cake 😉I love the security of the locked mailboxes in the Card access Recreation Room, they recently upgraded to new Laundry machines- which have the ability to Text you when your laundry is done 💜My husband loves the workout equipment.. Especially while Im doing laundry 😉Overall I give Benford Court 5/5 Stars & have been VERY PROUD to call it Home!! 💜VERY well maintained & Connie (owner/manager) is a Sweetheart!! If you need anything done at all- they get to it right away & have it fixed within 24 hours MAX!! :-)

Connie and her husband take excellent care of this place! Whenever I need help with something, she makes sure it gets done ASAP. Whenever one of my friends is looking for a place, I always run and ask if she has anything available. Ive seen one of the complaining reviews, and can I just say, if someone rents you a clean apartment when you move in and its trashed when you move out, you get to pay for the damages you caused! Ive seen the folks that work there putting in new carpet, fixing up their places, working hard to keep their apartments nice. There is a pool and an office on site so if you have any problem in your apartment you can get hold of someone right away.

After being homeless with my family for a year Benford Court Apartments/RCM Properties are the only property management that would rent to us due to bad credit from over 10 years ago. If it wasnt for their 5 years clean rental history policy we would still be living in our car.Once we moved in we were informed of quite a few perks of living at Benford Court Apartments: 5 different kinds of fruit trees, grapes, and strawberries grown organically on the property for all residents! Video security of the parking lot gives great peace of mind, on-site laundry with quarter machine (all new machines were recently put in), all mail boxes are inside the locked clubhouse so no worries of mailbox theft, pool, new workout equipment, & assigned parking for all residents. Neighborhood bonus includes: Dollar Tree, Wendys,Subway, and 7/11 surrounding the complex, great bus lines and right off I84 for easy travel to Vancouver or Downtown PDX.Benford Court Apartments will be our home for many years to come.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! I called to check about my resume and was rudely hung up on. I called back to speak with a manger and they never answered the phone.

This place moves you in whilst watching a video walkthrough of random photographs which I would assume were taken years ago. The first time you actually see the place, is when you receive your key, and a plump imbecile leads you to your impending doom. The managers are composed of fire and brimstone, and within days the ash of their dead souls leaches into your carpet. (Resurfacing stains from old decrepit carpet) They then being treating you like the scum of the mold from the brains of their victims that are clutched in their talons. When you finally manage to be released from the dungeon, they blame you for unqualified personnel, keep the diamonds that you used as collateral, and ask you to hand over your rubies on top of it. You are then sent to be beheaded (by a collection agency, which miraculously is though the property) and claims stem to disgust negligence. Our captors kept us for 12 months, and then released us into the void, which I prefer. Steer clear, unless you also want to succumb to the clutches of pure evil.
