Was contracted to pick up my fiances bachelorette party and transport them safely to and from a night out. They received an email an hour before the pickup saying their ride had been cancelled and stranded 10 women in a town 20 miles away from the original pick up location. There was no reason this should have happened. There was no warning from the driver who picked them up and dropped them off this incident would occur. This left multiple people scrambling at midnight to try and find alternative transportation for a large group. Horrendous service.

Made reservation over the phone a day in advance. Taxi never showed up no body answered the phone
