Was cheap,fast,convenient, friendly service to have. Not over crowded smaller craft was able to avoid traffic,covid restrictions in place. Would recommend as well as use again!

Great experience

Taking a flight with this airline was beautiful. Staff was easy to talk too and everything was straight to the point. It really felt like I had chartered a private flight from PDX to Redmond.

Amazing fares and amazing crew plus outstanding customer service

I was bummed when we had the landing gear stuck down and had to return to Portland. Luckily I was able to fly out the next week. It was difficult getting compensated for that experience but really will keep flying with these guys again. Such an easy way to get to Eastern Oregon at fair prices. Great for work and leisure travel

The Portland airport has been bought with 5 stars. Check the port youll land in a see the reviews of delays and cancellations before booking. These people are aweful.

Flown with Boutique twice now- once to Pendleton and once to Redmond/Bend. This sure does beat driving to either city.The terminal is separate from the PDX main terminal, so you dont have to go through TSA, saving a lot of time and hassle in both directions. They also let you park your car at their terminal, so no parking fees!If you have business in Pendleton or Redmond/Bend, or just want to get away for a few days, I highly recommend Boutique!

No TSA waiting line. Quick check in. Beautiful lobby with coco and coffee while you wait. Beautiful views. Plane was small and not as nice as in the pictures, but pilots were nice & personable. Smooth flight for such a small plane. Would travel thru them again.

I quite adore this airline. Their service is straightforward, and my experience with them at the airport has always been no-hassle and really considerate. I love that they offer small snacks and coffee/tea/water both while waiting and during the flight. Flying on their small eight-passanger planes is fun, since every seat is a window seat. Overall, flying with Boutique is such a joy because its so much better than driving and their service makes it feel like the closest to first class Ill ever get.

Friendly staff, enjoyed my experience with them!

Boutique is extremely handy between Pendleton and Portland but the frequency in which flights are canceled (apparently there is only one plane, no back up) makes it fairly hit and miss. This has caused clients and colleagues of mine to avoid using this airline.

Best air experience ever. On way to Pendleton we were suddenly delayed by fog for 5 hours and everyone sat around enjoying great coffee and conversation. On way back escorted by f18 fighter jets way cool but no pictures allowed.

This company is amazing. We got our flights easily and the whole experience was very positive! We will definitely use again.

A cancelled flight is bad enough- trying to figure out alternate transportation and then not being completely refunded for their errors is pretty annoying. I have flown on this airline a few times. Its convenient for quick trips to Pendleton/Walla Walla area from portland. Everything has been great with the face to face representatives and pilots. The aircraft are small but theyre fairly quiet and comfortable. The problem is that they experience delays quite often, and canceled flights if the aircraft has an issue. I had my flight cancelled, which is understandable, but the woman at the counter said to save receipts and they would reimburse up to $150, however they only refunded $55 of the $107 worth of receipts that I submitted for our group. Its there somewhere in the fine print Im sure, but I will choose not to fly this airline based primarily on their reliability and their efforts to completely refund their inconvenienced patrons.
