I called A+ Carpet cleaning mainly to have our stairs cleaned professionally. We were offered a good rate for the stairs and three rooms. Caleb arrived within the window and communicated his arrival prior. He was speedy and efficient (which was nice because I had to put the cats away for the duration) and he took care not to damage the floors or walls or anything. The carpet dried within 24hrs and looked beautiful. The final quote came when all the work was done and was very accurate to what we were quoted over the phone initially and expecting to pay. Even a room that had more moderate animal scents smells basically new again. I am completely satisfied with the service and the five star rating seems to be the norm for this excellent small business.

Excellent experience. I called and left a message. I was called back in less than an hour. Kevin was at our place the next morning in less than 24 hours from my inquiry. I got a quote over the phone when I called based on my square footage and carpet history. I was given suggestions on how I could improve the duct/vents when I chose not to include that service. For a fee, they came to my home and picked up the carpets, returned them when cleaned, and replaced them in the floor. They looked great. Colors more bright and odors removed. Top notch job. These folks are awesome. Ive used them before, but I hadnt had the carpet cleaned in about 2 years. I initially left them a VM, and they got back to me right away to schedule. The young man who came to clean my carpet did an excellent job on a dirty, smelly carpet. I have 20+ year old berber carpet, that has endured three cats worth of urine, hairballs, and vomit. It is beyond time that it was replaced, but until I can afford to do that, I will continue to use A+ Carpet Cleaning to clean it.

I called right before Thanksgiving holiday and my first pleasant surprise is that they were able to get me in. I was responded to immediately and was communicated a price and the service, which was spot on accurate. For the sake of honesty I was quoted a time, and the technician was not able to meet that time as the previous appointment took longer then expected. He did text me though to let me know that he was running late,keeping me informed and then when he got there, did an excellent job. I was a little fearful he would want to rush through the job since he was late, but in no way did i feel it was rushed. I was pleasantly surprised when there was a follow up call to make sure i was satisfied with the work. I would without a doubt use them again, and the whole process felt trustworthy, professional, and friendly. great job. Oh and yes the carpets were cleaned very well. I believe this a family business as the technician took pride in his work.

I have used a plus carpet cleaning in the past and have also referred them. When I used them for cleaning my carpets this last time time the experience was horrible. Kevin came out to clean our carpet which had a stain on it. I explained to Kevin to start cleaning where a stain is on our carpet, and If he cannot lift the stain, to not clean the rest of the room. Kevin said he should be able to clean it and proceeded to work on the stained area. I also checked in with him during the cleaning and he mentioned the stain cleaned up. After two days of allowing the carpet to dry the stain is still there. After I called to address my concerns. mike the owner was combative, continually interrupted me when i tried to explain the situation and my instructions to his employee Kevin. Mike was willing to offer a $40 credit, but stated I had to drive to his office and he’d give me cash, which was shady to me, he couldn’t reimburse a portion of my CC or send an electronic payment? . I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone in the future, they will proceed to clean your carpets even if you instruct them not to if a stain can’t be removed. I would have been happy to pay for a portion of the room to be cleaned, even if the stain was not removed to see if it could be lifted, vs pay to have the whole room cleaned, which is not in a better condition then it was before.Update: In response to Mike (the owner reply): My request to ask if you can clean a specific area on the carpet FIRST without proceeding to clean the rest of the room is not unreasonable. I suppose its unreasonable for A plus carpet, because they are not willing to test clean a small area of carpet first before charging customers for the whole room. In Mikes reply he mentions i was disrespectful to him by raising my voice. Perhaps if i wasnt interrupted multiple times and over spoken to, i wouldnt have had to FINALLY raise my voice once to get a word in. I explained that on the phone, to stop interrupting me, which I mentioned in my initial review. I don’t agree the stain came back. regardless, the issue isn’t the stain, which I have explained many times. I have no problem paying for a carpet clean that didn’t work, for the area of the stain. What I have a problem with is being charged for the entire room vs the specific area I requested to have cleaned. i did pay for the other room i had Kevin clean. The issue isn’t the payment, the poor review based on how I was treated, and the instructions I provided. I have posted two pictures, first is the one After I cleaned the carpet, the second after a plus cleaned the carpet prior to my cleaning. It cost me $12.00 to get a carpet cleaning solution to remove the stain, and now the carpet is back to the way it was. FYI it was not from a dog diarrhea.

From the initial contact to get a quote, on to the follow-up call I received 2 days after the service, this company was professional and friendly. I never felt I like I was dealing with a pushy sales person, nor did I feel pressured to add services at any point. The technician that came to the house to do the work was extremely patient and thorough in his work and made sure that I had all my questions answered before he left. Had the air ducts in my house cleaned. Been here for 20+ years and never had this done. With the fires and extra time in the house, this year, decided it was time for this service. This place was rated 5 star...I called and from the time of their initial response...I was completely delighted. 1) price for this service is extremely reasonable. No up-selling - Delightful! 2) no wait time when I made my apmt. Other places were 6-8 weeks out and wanted double or more of what I paid. 3) no “hook up” fees. 4) Day of the appointment the service rep was very considerate, professional, personable, thorough, invested in doing an outstanding job! So much care and concern of my home they had corner/wall protectors to ensure equipment would not cause damage, etc. 5) the service rep did such a great job! The team at A+ were very kind and accommodating.Kris, our service man, showed up promptly on time. And was courteous from the jump. Asking my preference with wearing a mask indoors and everything.Our couch was horrendous and after the treatment it looked almost new.Id definitely recommend them for your next service.

1000% recommend- I used Stanley Steemer two times before trying A+ and they got out stains Stanley Steemer couldn’t get out in two visits. I’m honestly amazed how much higher quality they are for roughly the same price ($40 more). Well worth the extra spend for what a difference the end result was.

Excellent service & highly recommended for optimizing your carpets fit to a room. We first used used A+ Carpet Cleaning to fix some bulges & waves in our living room carpet (which a different firm installed in 2011.) By 2017, the LR carpet had buckled in several areas, creating waves that were hard to vacuum and a potential trip risk). A+ applied their years of experience and special tools to measure, trim, stretch, and re-fit our carpet, making it look better than when it was first installed in 2011. A few years later, two other rooms started to get some waves, so we treated ourselves in 2020 to make those two rooms look as good as the work A+ did in the other room back in 2018 (which is still holding up perfectly). Wonderful people to work with - they provide clear communication on what to do in preparation for their visit as well as how to maintain things afterward so we can get another 10-15 years out of our investment.

We thought we were going to have to replace most of the flooring when we bought an older home. The carpets were in bad shape and the home had the inevitable smell that comes with having a large dog stressed out by a move. We had three trouble rooms in particular, with new flooring quotes coming in around $5000.00. We called A+ Carpet cleaning and they were right on top of it. The price was a tiny fraction of what we would pay for new flooring and they did such an amazing job! The whole house looks fresh and the smell is almost entirely gone! (Paint will probably fix the rest of the lingering scent) The level of service and follow-up has been spectacular. We are excited to have them work on the house we are selling as well. They re-stretch and even clean out vents too! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

They did an incredible job cleaning my carpeted downstairs and upholstery. We have a huge sectional that had a cat smell on it from a few years ago, and the smell is now almost gone. Would definitely recommend!

Great cleaning and removal of stubborn stains. Scheduling was prompt and very flexible even when I had to change the time last minute. Very pleasant customer service experience. Also, the cleaning itself was quick and thorough of large areas. Will definitely have them come in the future for cleanings.
