Karla runs the shop now, and she does a fantastic job! Shes really friendly, and takes pride in her work. My first night in town, I needed a haircut since I started work the next morning. I called her as she was closing up, and she stayed open to cut my hair. The haircut took a little bit, which I see as a testament to how she wants to make sure its perfect. The haircut itself is $13, but Id say its absolutely worth it. Park on the side of the building, and enter in the side door. I cant see myself going anywhere else as long as shes in business.

Karla is fantastic! I like a style of cut from the early 1900s. Karla is a licensed barber and has an eye for detail. The shop is comfortable and very nice. She also does straight razor cuts. This is very unique for Portales, NM

Needed a hair cut in an emergency, found this place! She did an excellent job and trusted an out-of-towner to go find cash after the fact. Ill return if Im in the area and need a cut

A tad dingy but the guy who runs the place is nice and does an excellent job. His services are very affordable as well and his hours of operation make him easily accessible.
