No one at the front to greet you or explain anything. No one answers the phone no matter which prompts you hit.

Their team mess up, delayed the clearance of the load by 3 days and they will find all kinda excuse. Client end up paying the carrier (usd $500 for waiting). Please avoid ! Not even a 24 hrs service as they mentioned

Worst business in American History! !!!! Their mission statement is a joke because nothing they say they live up to. I have had multiple packages lost, extremely late delivered, and no help from them at all. As of right now I have a package still in Ohio that should have been delivered Saturday. They have left me on hold for 30min and I’m still holding. This isn’t the first, nor the second time they have done this. Even with me ordering products early they still never arrive on time which reflects on my business. As a business owner I know what it means to not only honor your mission statement but to make sure you go above and beyond for your customers. They have no idea what Excellence. Simply Delivered means ........😡😣

Why people use their customs brokerage service is beyond me. They are the slowest broker, always issues. They never have a problem reminding you We dont just have one customer with one file per day even their automated phone system doesnt work. It sucks @ voice recognition. So frustrating.

Great people on the docks fast service for loading and unloading, office people are slower than molasses in January with paperwork.

Terrible place to work, lack of stable management, training is pushed off to other employees, team leads are full of themselves. Do yourself a favor and apply at any other broker than this one.

Absolutely the worst customs broker to work with. I would not recommend my worst enemy to them. They should feel embarrassed about how bad their service is. Stay away and use Livingston or someone worth doing business with.
