Location: Port Charlotte mall.First red flag, the lady wasn’t even ready for me on our appointed time that I had scheduled with them that morning. I had to wait 30mins after.Second red flag, first thing she asked me when I finally sat down with her was, “How old are you? You look very young”, in sarcastic manner. Why does my age matter when dealing with a customer that brought W-2s? Obviously I’m old enough to work and pay my taxes.Strike out! Then she told me that I owe the government Several hundred dollars when I’ve always had taxes taken out of every paycheck of mine. I’ve never held back taxes. And I’ve never claimed to be self employed. I don’t even have a 1099. And I’ve never owed the government any money In my 15 years of working in this country as a United States citizen, hard-working Floridian resident.The whole experience was so disappointing. They’re obviously not good at what they do. I decided not to authorize any process and go elsewhere with a real professional. I would give no stars if I could.Henceforth, I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. This could’ve been a very costly mistake for my family and I.I can’t imagine all the small businesses and host of families that these people have ripped off and caused costly debt with the government to! 😓 ☠️ ⚠️ 🛑
