I just went through the process of selling a distressed, rental property to the Fast Sale Florida team. I cant say enough about their professionalism, transparency and integrity in the process. On our first call, Charlie gave us a very fair estimate on the phone. I was expecting a bait and switch tactic after the inspection, with a low ball, revised offer. Not a bit. Fair, transparent, and almost exactly what he quoted. The property was very distressed. The price was very fair, they closed quickly, smoothly and everything was exactly what they said it was. This is an industry of sharks and what a breath of fresh air to have found some really good folks that I will do business with again. I will refer my contacts to give them a shot.

The sale was quick but I was not kept informed about what was going onI had to email and ask for information and at the last moment 25k was taken off the quoted price and was not told that there was a second mortgage on the property which reduced my price by another 12 kIt would have been nice to have someone keep me in the loop during the processAll i can say in their favor was that they got it sold in the time frame needed and they even had a notary come to my new place in another state to sign the closing papers
