Upon a recommendation I hired Hand Pressure Washing to clean my Lanai andfurniture. Jordan, the owner, was here promptly ( even early). Jordan was very pleasant and professional and did an excellent job. I watched as he thoroughly completed the tasks. He provides a variety of services and I would highly recommend him. I was most pleased and very satisfied with the work that was completed. BTW-he does residential and commercial work.

Jordan did an extraordinary job on our house; roof, deck, driveway, and gutters look good as new. He cleaned our windows too while he was at it. He was extremely careful to not damage any tiles, and even made sure our fruit trees werent damaged by the chlorine by spraying them with fresh water. Were very happy with the job and will definitely be hiring him again.

We highly recommend Jordan, he did an amazing and thorough job pressure washing our driveway and walkway pavers. He also cleared out the weeds between all the pavers and filled in the sand. And put 2 coats of sealer down. It all looks brand new!

Amazing results for my long overdue lanai, pool cage, driveway and walkway cleaning. We tried power washing these areas ourselves with no success. Jordan was able to get all areas looking brand new. Jordan Hand explained very well the service and cost that he will provide to my house. He took his time to remove the debris and molds on the surfaces of my tile roof, on all the surfaces of the outside walls of my house, the driveway, walkway and other areas he was to work on. He moved materials that would be in the way of his work, and replaced them when he finished working in the same area.Jordan was meticulous in going over his work to make sure that he did not miss things, or informed me if the discoloration can be or cannot be removed by his service. He would let me know about things he noticed that needed attention, and that I agreed to have the area serviced and its cost, if it is beyond our contract. Jordan has an excellent work ethic and I will not hesitate to recommend him.
