Diana Legg is the worse of the worse property managers . Do not use her she does not care about you or your properties. Thanks to her lack of caring both my properties were left in a disaster which cost me more money then the renters security to repair. If she was doing her job each year she would have done an inspection and notice the damages they were doing and require them to either repair it or ask for more money.

We bought our land 5 years ago with them and closed on it today. Grace was great and answered our ?s. If we ever do this again would definitely use this Company. People who work there are wonderful!

Stay away from this business. I have always found that employees are the image if who they work for and whoever is the broker of this office sets a terrible example for his/her employees . Cole Concannon is the most unprofessional agent I have come in contact with as of late. He represents a property that has not been available for over a week yet it still shows as available. I have wasted my time calling him multiple times and never a call back. I finally had to be told by the receptionist that the property wasnt available. Total waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. I will tell an y and everyone I come in contact with to avoid this Coldwell Banker and especially Cole Concannon

One broker and an agent had such condescending attitudes. The agent was horrible. Argumentative and not sincere in business dealings. I did contact the owner.

Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty Port Charlotte office is an outstanding family owned real estate company. The office manager, Brent Canevari, is very knowledgeable and dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction. The team of support staff and real estate agents in this office are top notch. The entire office is focused on helping customers to reach their goal of buying or selling a home.

I worked with Becky Knutson on a recent closing and she was a wonderful realtor. She kept everyone informed and knew what she needed to do in order to assist her clients with a great and smooth closing. We at Skyway Title Services,LLC - highly recommend Becky as a great realtor.

Property manager Audra took a look at damage workers (on a property Coldwell manages) caused to my yard deeming my request to repair it, petty and ridiculous. As a chronically ill person I can not repair it. I do not possess to tools or the strength. She tamped it down with her foot which will do absolutely NO GOOD when rain washes it out. Rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional.

A very discriminating company. I dont think I have ever talk to a man at this location. Anytime I call on a house, I have a woman answer. Im not discriminating against a woman, but do you have any men working for you. When I get prices to rent a house. You want an outrageous price. And you must make $5,000 a month to rent a house from you. So you pick and choose of the people that you will rent two. Most of the people in Port Charlotte are not as rich as you. Most of the people in Port Charlotte has a basic job of $10 an hour. But you expect them to pay you an outrageous price for rent. You charge for a background check. Maybe the people like I should do a background check on you, and on the owner of the house. No more sunstar.🇺🇸

These con artists arent even abiding by the law listing homes and saying they are pending or not availabe because they pick and choose who they like? they dont return phone calls or even ignore REPORT THIS NONSENSE I DID LOSE YOUR LICENSE

I sent an email on a sunday to let them know I was interested in a home, The lady told me to get a hold of her monday because they were closed, I called , i emailed and did what i could i even emailed her and told her that if the house was no longer available to let me know and still no response. This is sad and hurtful when u take your husband and kids to see a home everyone falls in love with and you dont return a simple phone call . Sandra Mougenot thank you for your help.
