I cleaned the Windows for this place. Paid for first cleaning. Was told to come back in a month after a June follow up 2 months after.Came back July 1st completed the window cleaning. Was told owner Suzanne was not in till following day.Went back to collect payment. She looked at me like,can i help you? Like she didnt know who i was even wear my company shirt with my name on it. She told me.I didnt tell you to do them,I wanted you to come back to see where we were at.I told her she we agreed to have them done every 3 months. She disagreed. Pretty much trying out of paying for services rendered.I pretty much her looked at her like,you are kidding me right? In front of customers she had sitting there. I walked outI know what was said after 1st cleaning.I have been in business for 8 years and know when a customer and I agree when to do a cleaning.Too bad it was a word of mouth agreement. I was referred to them by a friend.Never again.

Clean , good prices , great service

Ive been going to this salon for more than 2 years and cannot speak more highly about it. Love the girls, especially my nail tech Tina and hairdresser Michelle. Im very particular about my hair and nails and Ive never been disappointed.

The Spa is truly an experience. With hair, nail, mani pedi and facial services it offers the full luxury experience at really affordable prices. The facility is clean and well maintained, with friendly professional staff. They have all the latest products, including things like gel nail polish and specialty pedicure services. I would highly recommend the Spa to anyone looking for services, and would suggest making an appointment in advance as they have many repeat satisfied customers and their staff are in high demand.

I went to the salon , and I ended up being way over priced. The first time I went to get my highlights done by Dee Dee she charged me $80 for highlights , a few months later I went back for a touch up on my highlights , and she had told me last time it’d be cheaper , around $50. Anyways I ended up being charged $110 , way over priced , I don’t recommend having Dee Dee do your hair. Although Suzanne at the front desk was very nice and understandable , and felt bad about the situation but she couldn’t do anything about it.

Love love love this place, got my hair colored and the stylist did wonderful! A good salon to go to.

I went to this place with my girlfriend to get her hair touched up, keep that in mind, touched up. We went a few months prior to get her full head done. It was in total 80 dollars. This time it was 110, please tell me how this adds up. That right it doesnt, they rip you off the first chance they get. Never get your hair done here and if you do, dont get it done by DeeDee.

I’m so upset, my daughter went to the salon to get a touch up on her highlights, by Dee dee she was told by Dee dee that’s it was going to be $50. Last time she went to Dee dee for highlights (full head) the charge was $80. So I thought that’s fine,until she came home and told me she was charged me $110 for a touch up on highlights. After calling Dee dee she couldn’t tell me what the difference was on the prices.my thoughts on this it was almost closing time she probably had a slow day and thought let me make it up. My advice to everyone out there don’t book appointment with Dee dee unless the charge is in writing.

Very disappointed in the performance aspect of their services took my girlfriend to have nails done and they fell off 2 days later not what I expected for 35 dollars when approached owner was giving a bad attitude and made to feel like we were to blame

Hopefully I am lucky that the owner of the business does not ignore my complaint. I have been a client for more than 1 year, Latina and I speak very little English, but there is an employee who does her nails that on 2 occasions has made inappropriate comments with lack of ethics with clients In the form of teasing about me, for not speaking my English well I would say discriminating was a very horrible unpleasant experience embarrassing I had never gone through something before, I felt very offended and I am very sorry not to return while they have that employee.
