I had to rent a tool for a job, when at the job site I realized it was the incorrect bit for the tool, upon returning and explaining, the associate quickly understood, returned the bit I had to buy at a home depot nearest the job site and took off any additional charges for the inconvenience.

Best place to rent a tool, home depot. You can rip out tile, break the machine, rent another, break it and never get charged. Lol.

Rented a Penske truck and a car carrier to drive up to Mass from Florida, they didnt have the car carrier sent me two hours away to another home depot to get it. Wasting my time and gas. Im be on pissed off .
