He refused to help me because I went to another business due to travel related reasons. I used him a few years ago and I did not like his attitude. Very rude the first time I went. So I went out and bought a new Mac... I dont need to be treated like a second class citizen due to his selfishness of where I had to go to have my Mac looked at...

These guys are super helpful and are reasonable with there pricing. Not like the other guy down the street (Nextwave) hint hint who over charged me for a program I bout from them and are not friendly at all. I recommend these guys to anyone that is having problems with there computer, laptop, or accessories. I stand by this review 100%.
