I am very disappointed in there service. They r scheduling via apps that really dont make it easy to do so. Plus they r not attentive to ones problems. They put on screens apps that where not working. Had to go back 2xs for them to do something. Then i was back at square one. I had to upload everything. This cause me time and money..

There lined off section too get into the store with what appeared to be two managers hanging out but once you get in theres people trying to form a line at geek squad that have been waiting there for 30 minutes while people just walk up and cut in front of them and nobody says anything

I brought my laptop in with no scratchs only with a virus and right of the bat the employee marked my laptop as scratched! I got my laptop back and it was so scratched up on the top of it!! Very upset because it was in perfect condition when I brought it in!

Wanted a battery installed on iPhone, so I set an appointment. Got there 5 minutes early only to be directed to sit. Okay not a problem until I spent the next 25 minutes watching the Squad taking people who came after me and walk ups. No respect for customer’s time. Total waste. Apple should reconsider their service affiliation.A few months later The Geek Squad-ers changed my phone battery. They did fast, they did it right on the second try.

Bought a new computer and added on the Geek Squad services. Good decision as they are great! So glad I did this because it had been 7 yrs. since I got a new computer. My, how things change! They have helped me navigate my way through very nicely and they are always there to help me when needed.

Had a great experience setting up my device here. Ben was amazing and very handsome. Appreciate a good strong man to help out and older gentleman like myself.

Worst experience I have ever had. Dropped computer off November 25th for service. The screen was cracked. The tech states that it will be sent out for repairs. Dec 2nd it returns to the store fixed. I get a phone call and email stating it is fixed then receive another phone call stating that for some reason the speakers stopped working so they going to send it back out. After almost a month I call about it and no one can seem to find it. After 40 minutes of transfers and holds We finally find it. It was still at the store and was never sent out. I was then told that they were waiting on authorization from me. I stated that I already spoke to someone last month and Oked it. They told me that there is nothing in the notes stating g they made contact only that they left messages put never actually spoke to me. Completely false. I then went and listened to every (2) voicemail left and not once did it refer to sending my computer back out or that they were even trying to contact me for more service. The only thing they stated in either was that it was fixed and ready for pickup. I will not be using geek squad for any other service work.

They were quick, friendly, & saved us money! For corporate repair its about the best you can get.

We have used the Geek Squad for years and they are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We use the Port Charlotte Florida location if we have to bring a computer in, but they also do remote work and tune ups, and are always really helpful.

Worst service I have ever had by any store. They are highly understaffed and they are extremely poor in customer care. They should act as a service group, but they act as a customer is only a thorn in their side. Find someone else who really cares to have you business and dont waste your time going to Best Buy.

DO NOT BUY ANY LG APPLIANCES!!!!!!! 3rd appliance gone south within 3 yrs!! Spent a lot of money, Garbage! Wouldnt even give 1 star.....700.00 on stainless steel dishwasher, rusted racks, Dryer with two way open 1 hinge broken, 3 door counter depth refrigerator stopped working thawed all over floor and they cant come out for two days really?! over 3000.00 on refrig with extra warranty......Not a Happy Person...Never again LG is horrible!

Waiting more than one hour and being hung up twice make the customer furious

Went to the Geek Squad when i was 9 for a broken graphics card. For some reason they opted to immediately send it to Virginia for repair, said it would take about 6 months, so i just gave up on it. They dont know anything about computers, so you mine as well just fix it yourself.

24-7 expired reminder went to spam. Called as soon as I saw it 2 days after expiration. Off shore call center could careless offered even to pay late fee or new pricing and they didn’t care. Read from script just aweful. Think twice before you buy
