Had a gentleman named Joseph come by our home with extremely outdated equipment. He was using something that looked almost like a buffer for hardwood floors. He was polite at first but once I noticed the floors werent getting clean, I told him he didnt need to waste his time. His response was Im not done, give me more time. So I did.... it was a waste of time. Hands down would NEVER recommend this company. There is so much more I could say but it isnt worth it.Towards the end of my experience he had damaged 3 items in our home, 1 item that is sentimental and irreplaceable, and 2 that equaled to a value of 300$.I do not enjoy being so harsh, I like supporting small businesses but this was one mistake I wish I hadnt have made. Please do not waste your time here. This company is outdated!!!

I do not recommend this company at all! I saw the work Joseph did at my friends mothers house and it was awful to say the least. He didnt even make a difference on the carpet. All the dirt that was previously there was still there when I got there. I had recommended a better company for them and it was done the right way.

I had this gentleman come over today. My girlfriend had called for a carpet company to clean my mothers carpet who is disabled. Now heres the catch. His equipment is so outdated (I have pictures to show upon request) and when he was done the odor that was left behind was unbearable! My girlfriend is currently 9 months pregnant, and she is due next week, and she even informed Joseph she was pregnant before he came. The fumes were really strong she had to go outside.Now what pissed me off and made me lose all respect for this man is he broke 2 valuable items in my mothers house. One of the items was a very sentimental hand crafted from her grandmother from Portugal was broken and Joseph did NOT mention he broke it. Number two of the items was a Klipsch speaker that I paid $300 for and he dropped that speaker chipping a big chunk of wood off it, and Jospeh did NOT tell us about that either. After he had left and paid the man $150 because we felt bad, we had noticed he had cracked not one, not two, but THREE tiles on my mothers home!!!!! This is totally unacceptable.Heres another kicker, after about 30 minutes of him cleaning the carpets my girlfriend even TOLD Joseph she wasnt seeing a difference and he got a massive attitude with her saying how he knows how to do his job and was doing it for over 20 years and our carpet was permanently staind. Well guess what, after getting a run around from Joseph we called another company and not even 30 minutes of the people we called, literally 10 minutes WE SAW A HUGE DIFFERENCE. What Joseph said was staind was a lie!This guy works by himself and doesnt even move furniture. Again my mother is a disabled woman and shouldnt of gotten disrespected like this. We want a refund. This is horrible. Nobody should have to go through this....
