Nice hair cutter. Not sure about high end stuff but they give nice haircut.

All I can say is these two girls that run the shops are absolutely phenomenal their haircut and skills only compliment theyre phenomenal customer service. What a family friendly nice environment its easy to book appointments and theyre usually pretty on time I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I asked for my hair to be cut to chin length. Before I knew it, she was cutting my hair to ear length. Thats four inches above my chin! What the hell? When she was done it looked like a bowl cut. No style at all. Now I have to grow it out again.

Nova took care of my haircut and wash and accommodated me very well. She paid special attention to details and made sure I was happy with the cut. I have a somewhat complicated style but she was patient and careful. Very thorough even though others were waiting.Would definitely recommend her.

I came in to have a MAJOR change done to my hair and I was very impressed! I had Kristina as my stylist, she did a fantastic job and was very patient and understanding of what I wanted done. I will be returning when I need a touch up done :)

Good service, good haircut!

I went in for my usual once a month haircut and it was a butchery. I was asked before the cut if this is how I wear my hair. I said yes. Its a simple scissor cut. The stylist broke out the electric clippers but I just said to myself to watch and be patient. I asked for a half inch off and instead she brought it down to a half inch. She didnt finish in some spots and the back is totally screwed up. She even argued with me that gel would fix it and at one point she started pressing my hair down to get it to lay flat. I told her how to do it but she just argued with me. Im going through recommendations and lists of other places so I can get if fixed. Ill never set foot in there again.

Our barbershop was full so we Made an appt here. still waited for over 20 mins.Showed her a picture of what my son wanted... final result was nothing like it. Once his hair dried it was choppy and uneven. Longer in some spots and not faded/blended smoothly.

Love my hairdresser, Sherri! Good suggestions, didnt cut more until okd by me. Great conversationalist. Best experience for a long time.

Claire cut about 6 inches off after many years of having long hair, I’m very pleased. It was a very busy Sunday afternoon and both ladies kept calm and didn’t rush through their clients. Claire also seemed to be a bit of a perfectionist, which I appreciate.

I gave a one star only for the fact I had called to schedule a time with my stylist Jessica. The lady who answered the phone sounds like she was washed up and rode hard was very rude that I did not want to have service done there anymore. I asked to speak to the stylist that usually sits next to Jessica the lady said Niki is no longer there either. They lost 2 great stylist luckily I found both of them they are currently at Fantastic Sams I will be going there from now on.

Niki has been cutting my hair for years and she does an amazing job! She is always so kind and professional. She really takes the time to listen to what I have to say. It’s always a wonderful experience getting my hair cut by her, I look forward to it.

Went in for a simple scissor cut and asked for a half inch cut off. She then proceeded to trim it down quite a bit and I tried to stay collected throughout the cut. When she finished the haircut and asked how it looked, I noticed about 3 inches were missing. Will not be returning.

The one with the glasses messed up my hair. The new staff was rude and seemed in a hurry. My buddy found the girls who use to cut out hair, Nikki and Jessica over at Fantastic Sams. I’ll be going there from now on.

Niki is the only person I let touch my hair! She always does a great job and takes time to really listen and understand what I want. 10/10 highly recommend.

Niki was very unprofessional. I asked her to thin my hair and cut about half an inch. I went home and felt it wasnt thinned out enough. She also cut more than half an inch. I went back the next day to have her thin it some more. She wasnt happy and she let me know it by her poor attitude. She hacked my hair. Thank goodness my hair will grow back. I was going to tip her the second time but I didnt.

My two sons have been long-time clients of Nikis at this salon (formerly First Choice, but now Supercuts). In fact, they will not let ANYONE else cut their hair but her! Not only is she an extremely talented stylist (and she knows how to work with cowlicks, which, quite honestly, many stylists dont), but she has this incredible ability to interact with teenagers and make the experience fun for them! She is incredibly kind, funny, and patient. The updates to the salon since becoming a Supercuts are great - it looks fresh and inviting! I would give Niki 10 stars if Google would let me!

I checked in online before I went to the place to get a hair cut. I walk to the door and it’s locked up I keep knocking and the lady is starring at me through the glass and she finally comes to the door and goes “we’re not taking any more appointments for the day”. Mind you I made an appointment online and the place hasn’t even closed and the lady was just standing around while 1 other person was getting their hair cut. Will not tolerate.

I first off want to say I’m very intuitive type of person. So when upon entering I was greated by a young man. The vibes I felt wasn’t pleasant. Almost left. Decided to stick around anyway. Cause I was in bad need of a good hair cut. Jessica did my eye brow waxing and cut. Not only was she very pleasant to be around. She also did a fantastic job on my hair. I highly recommend her. We also went in as a walk in. And weren’t turned away saying they were too busy. Unlike the other six salon locations I called. I will be returning for her services.

Jessica is fantastic. Top notch cut above the rest. If Vince is a problem here kindly choose someone else. I was taken in promptly. Didnt have to take a number at the other cut place. Next time maybe let Nikki cut, as she was just as professional. But the point is, THERE WILL BE A NEXT TIME! 4.5 STARS

First time in 8 years I cut my hair, 15 inches off and Jessica slayed it!!!! I have gotten so many compliments and she’s super nice ! Her friend Nikki has awesome conversation also ! Great staff def going back

Terrible experience. I used the stores app to check in for an appointment on Thursday. When I arrived on time at 6:30pm, the door was locked. I knocked and no one answered, even though I could see several people inside. I checked there hours on the door and it had open until 7pm. I called the store and the super rude staff member told me they decided to close early. When I told them that I had made an appointment online. The employee sternly told me that I had only checked in on line and that is not an appointment. When I asked if they would honor my appointment and cut my hair. The employee said no. I wasted my time and gas and they couldnt care less. With all the hair care options available, why give your business to businesses that dont care about customers.

I went there on February 14th, 2013 and told them I wanted a perm. It was 11am and they gave me a 2:30pm appointment. I arrived at 2:15pm and was called at exactly 2:30pm. The young lady who gave me my perm was friendly, attentive and did the job in a very expedient and awesome job. I told her I wanted a spiral perm and she explained that I couldnt have that one at that time because my hair was layered. She suggested that I get a level 3 perm and I said that would be fine. I loved the outcome and would highly suggest anyone needing a good place to get a hair cut to go there. They are very professional and had enough staff to handle the amount of people needing haircuts. My husband also went there to get his hair cut and the lady he got was very good at cutting his hair and did a wonderful job. He highly recommend people to give them a try. I also recommend them highly and will continue to go there for all my hair cutting needs.

No one ever answered the phone and I ended up going somewhere else

I went there yesterday to get a few inches (later specified 2 inches) off and it thinned out. I didnt specify who I wanted to cut my hair so when it was my turn I ended up with a woman named Dana. I had never been to her before but Ive been going to this particular store for a couple years and shes always been there so I thought shed be great. Wrong.I told her Id take a wash. She was really rough scrubbing my scalp with her nails. It was like she was pissed off about something and was taking it out on me. She got water all over me and when we got to the chair she asked me what I wanted done. I explained to her I just wanted about 2 inches off while keeping my layers, and it thinned out. It looks more like she took off 4-5 inches and all the while she roughly combed my hair, ripped it out in the process and when she combed it upwards she carelessly let if fall back down and whack me in the face every time. Ive never went to someone who was so rough or careless. She made my layers extremely short and she didnt even thin my hair out as I requested. She said putting my layers in it thins it out. Yeah okay... Is that why everyone else Ive been to cuts my hair and then uses a different tool to thin my hair out?I will never go back to her again. I definitely would not recommend anyone going to this Dana woman.

Ive been going to this hair salon for almost 5 years. Never had any issues. In fact, the reason why I started going to this one was because the place prior got me so worked up and this one just made me feel like they respected their customers so I never went back to the other one. I think whoever is reading this will know where Im heading on my 1 star review.The gentleman that first cut my hair 5 years ago at this place made me feel welcome and they didnt judge or critique what I wanted. Ive been getting the same hair cut there over the years, even if it wasnt the same stylist never had a problem. Today I go in asking for the same haircut like I always do, the first thing that comes out of this persons mouth is yeah your hair is too thin so its not going to look the same as that picture. I know my hair is thin but if the other employees could do it then it shouldnt be a problem, right?! And I know that is part of her job by forewarning me which I do respect, but if I tell her that Ive had it done before with no issues there shouldnt be an argument about it. Also, you should never point out someones flaws. Thats why the customer is there to start with so that they can get a haircut and feel better about themselves. If she couldnt do the cut because she didnt know how to that would be another story and I would just make an appointment on another day with someone else that Ive seen before. She asks so you just want a new look, I tell her no Ive had it done before its the same hair cut every time. Her question is so how long did it take you to grow it back??. I tell her a few months. Her response was well I wish it took mine only a few months. At this point not sure if she was trying to have a conversation with me or if she was being condescending after the way she came across when I showed her the picture of the haircut I wanted, but it made me not even want to bother since the only way I could take that conversation is she couldnt do it and I didnt want to risk wasting my money or my time if that were the case. She told me the waiting time is an hour and I could come back then to get it done. Didnt go back, was not too thrilled to be talked to like this in front of other people that were also waiting. And I most likely will be taking my business elsewhere.

I received the worst hair cut yesterday at this location. I was a customer of First Choice Haircutters dating back to the late 80s when they were located across US 41 near the Post Office. Great service and professional hairstylists back then. Times have changed. The stylist took all of 5 minutes (if that) to cut my hair. She rushed through the job then realized my disappointment afterwards, using a lame excuse Well different clipper sizes for different stylists. Whatever. Her cutting was very uneven. I jumped out of the chair to keep her from doing any more damage. I asked another stylist friend to even out the mess this stylist made of my hair. This so-called stylist spent more time chatting with her colleagues than concentrating on the task of doing a good job. I made the mistake of assuming the styling and professionalism from First Choice Haircutters would be the same after all these years; man was I wrong. In years past there were always customers waiting at this location. The place was empty when I went there yesterday. I should have taken that as a sign. Needless to say, I wont be going back. I could get a haircut this bad for free at the Vo-Tech from a first year student. The standards of professionalism for First Choice Haircutters have changed for the worse over the years. I am giving one star because ZERO stars is not an option. There are plenty of barbers and stylists available in Charlotte county. I would skip this one.

I was very specific on what haircut I wanted and I got something completely different. I received a mediocre fade on the sides and instead of a even out and thin on top it was cut down to an inch long. Not going here again because it would be a waste of money

They dont wear masks and when I asked why they stated not in Charlotte County. I called department for business regulations, and its mandatory. In fact they asked me to leave. I would not recommend that place to my worst enemy.
