Brian was excellent. Notified us to let us know when he was on the way and was on time. He was very knowledgeable and cordial. Brian was extremely helpful in explaining how to help fix our situation along with steps to take to help the process. He seemed to Genuinely care about helping us fix our problem.

I called and gave my contact information. I gave my husbands contact information as a secondary. I was told I would receive contact Tuesday to let me know when to expect them Wednesday. I did not receive that. The contact was made between Terminix and my husband.We were told that we would be seen Wednesday afternoon/evening and then it was too late and traffic was bad. There was a misunderstanding and was under the impression that we were going to get seen Thursday at 8am. No call & no show. I tried contacting Terminix numerous times to find out what was going on. Could NOT get through. When I did, I was transferred and the recording was that I could leave my phone number and get a call back, ONE call back. I received the call back, but it was an open line, nobody was on it. Spoke with the Terminix agent, Angel, and he apologized for the misunderstanding and said that he had said Sunday at 8am. He was able to see us Saturday. He did a wonderful job explaining everything that he was doing, inside the house and outside. He was very thorough and a very friendly and pleasant person to deal with.

First time hearing about Terminix since I recently bought a new home in Hinesville, GA. The house I bought is in a subdivision which is located by a small forest. First few weeks no problems with bugs. However, after a couple months we noticed large spiders in our backyard and so had other neighbors. Terminix showed up in our subdivision and offered their services to each home. My husband and I took up Terminix on their services and were looking forward to not seeing those larger spiders. Furthermore, first week was excellent not many spiders. After the first week everything went down hill, we killed a black snake in my front yard and we are constantly killing spiders inside our home as well as on our back porch. Terminix exterminated my home from inside out which is why I am so frustrated as to why I am still seeing larger spiders and a snake in my yard. I am very upset with Terminix’s quality/results which is why I will no longer be using their services. My husband and I will be looking for another exterminator company.

Very good inspection, best we had.in years

Technician was great! Its the 800# where the service seems to drop. Any time we have called, we never hear back. During the termite inspection, we had 4 appointments with no shows. This wasnt the fault of the technician, it was the call center who never relayed the message to anyone. They are lucky we gave them a 5th chance. We call our old service rep to get anything scheduled as we never have any luck with the 800# following through.

I order a service for termites got confirmation and they went to the wrong house. They still havent treated my home what a waste of time.

On January 3rd of 2021 we reported Rodent issues to Terminix. It took them a week to come out and evaluate. At which time they said they didnt see any activity. They were scheduled to come back out to set traps within the next 12 days. We found droppings in our kitchen which proved we were correct about the rodent issues. They came back out and set some initial traps but did not inspect the house for entry points or seal off any holes. We saw more activity and called again to get them back out. They came out for a 3rd time and noticed all kinds of entry points inside and outside into our home the rats had created. It took them another week to come out and seal off all of the holes. When they did come back they spent a full day on the inside and outside of our home sealing holes. After 10 days they were set to come bank and see the progress. We were still seeing activity so we called again. They never came back 10 days later like they said they would so we called and epressed our progress and concerns. It took another 10 days to get them out to the house. They then noticed new entry points and decided they needed to be sealed. But what do you know they have to wait a whole 12 days to get someone to come with them and seal it up. The only reason we are still dealing with terminix is because my landlord spends an exorbitant amount of money for a policy with them incase something like this happens. Clearly they have failed to do the job they have been paid for. There is absolutely NO urgency behind this company. It has been a total of 67 days and they have made little if any progress. How are they ever going to make any progress if they cannot seal of entry points when they find them and have to wait a whole 12 days to get back and seal them? HORRIBLE service!! Please do not waste your time or money with this company on rodent control. The techs are very nice and it seems they are understaffed but they get paid enough money to hire more people.

Depends on what technician does your service as to the quality of work

My Terminix inspector Tim is always polite, on time, and incredibly helpful when it comes to pests around our home. I can’t recommend him (or Terminix) enough!

Used Terminex service in SC for years. Moved to Georgia this year and I will have to say I am very pleased with the way things are done here! Tom was very thorough and provided a detailed report, with pictures. He was very caring about our family needs and the safety of our family, including our fur babies, with the product. Although I rarely am prone to provide a review on a service rendered unless it was extremely great or poor. The latter is my reason to provide critical feedback for other potential users of Terminix for rodent control.In March I had signs of a rodent problem and upon inspection was informed, my fears were confirmed. The company’s plan was to surround my hose with a wire mesh and set up traps. It took 4 different teams who had no communication between teams as what was done from the other team, I was informed the process was completed and it any problems, feel free to contact them. This was March 10th. Over the next 3 months, I had trapped 8 rats and felt this should not be. I tried business cards from 4 different people but no one returned my call. After 12 rats, I called the manager in June after continuing to see rodent droppings and their damage to my house. but again, he did not return my initial calls but after an inflammatory message, he did. He sent another single technician and after he surveyed my house, stated that the prior work by the teams had left gaping holes where the rodents could easily give assess. My attic was not protected and so they were also coming in through that route. He spent over 5 hours working to repair the prior groups of poor workmanship. When he left for the day he said there were still some open areas that needed to be addressed but had to wait till the manger would send him back. After 4 more rats were trapped, I called the manager to say he needs to send him back to finish the job. He said, let’s give it a week to see if the remaining ones were just in the house. I told him I wanted the entire house sealed. After 6 more rats were trapped and now these are the next generation as they were babies, he sent his guy again to finish the job. It took till July 7th to finish the job. I wish to recognize and commend the tireless effort given to me by Derrell Terrell. He is the best employee and if you use them, make sure he is on your site if you want the job to be done properly and effectively. His professionalism and dedication to detail was the only saving grace. Because of the incompetence of the prior work crews and the failure of the man eft gaping holes where the rodents could easily give assess. Highly recommend Terminix! Technician was very informative, explaining the problem and how to solve it. He (Chris ) spoke to us in a way we could understand, yet in a professional manner. We feel comfortable with Terminix!

Edit: We have NOT been happy with the actual product. Customer service has continued to be nice, helpful, and responsive... But weve seen an increase in but activity outside and, for the first time since weve moved in, weve seen some bug activity inside. Theyve come to do extra service calls, but its not helping. Well be cancelling our service and switching back to our old company.The service is quite a bit more expensive than our old one, but if it works as well as Brett described, it will be more than worth it. The main reason I would be willing to suggest it is our experience with our representative, Brett. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He did a fantastic job of explaining the different options and the process for each. Overall, the experience was actually pretty enjoyable. Rather than feeling like I wasted a bunch of time on the appointment, I felt like I really learned a lot about the product and process and I felt great about my decision to purchase a plan with Terminix because of that. I asked a ton of questions, and Brett had an answer for them all. That man deserves a raise!

Quality and easy experience for our recent service!

They can not get dates or instructions right. This is all in the last year. Cant talk to anyone that is in us...when I live in US, the man who services my house is in Ga ,Us. But deal with anyone here when I need to explain anything or ask questions!

Unfortunately, I cant remember his name, but I do know he has inspected our house even before we bought it. He knows this house very well and is a very nice gentlemen! I feel confident with his work and history with this house!

Troy is my regular service technician and I don’t have room to say enough good things about him and the job he does for us each time he’s here. He is friendly, reliable, and goes the extra mile to be sure that we’re satisfied with his work. I hope he keeps the same route and never retires!

I will only recommend Terminix if Nancy can be their tech. She is absolutely wonderful. She ensures she covers all areas of any pests -- spiders, ants, roaches. She educates homeowners as to the types of pests in our area, what draws them, how to prevent them, and what can be done if/when they show up. She is truly an asset!

Always have had great service and great technicians. I feel like the price is a little high but havent compared it to others lately, at least it keeps my house bug free. Also like that there is no charge for extra service in between scheduled services if you notice the pests hanging about.

Ive had Terminix services for four years, both inside and out and bait stations. Their technicians are very thorough, they take the time to explain things to you and have NO problem if you have a pest issue, coming back and repeating a treatment at no cost. They are quick to respond as well. You dont wait days for a technician to arrive. I had a black widow spider nest on my back fence and called them. They were here the next day. Terminix IS the best!

This company doesn’t deserve 1 star. I have a palmetto bug infestation in my crawl space for a year now. Not one person has gone in my crawl space to fix the problem. I pay 116 dollars a month for full service and termite coverage for what? For the guys to tell me it’s not their job to go in the crawl space! But yet I call the 1800 number and they tell me it is there job. Do yourself a favor and sign up with some else because these guys don’t know what is included in there services. They told me they would call their crawl space guy to inspect it and I was stood up. I have never seen grown men make so many excuses on why they couldn’t go down into my crawl space. One said I have too many appointments another said we don’t do that. Well I called the company the crawl space is supposed to be done and yet they refuse to do the job right. It’s been a year since I started with them and my problem is worse. I have kids and these guys don’t even care!

Tech, Ken is very professional & punctual as well as an asset to your team.

They guys that replace all the stuff under my house did a great job, were friendly and were eager to answer any questions I had.The only thing I wish was different was the price, but it took them a good while to remove all the old insertlation and vaper barrier that I had install many year ago.

After 15+ years of loyalty to them, they have not shown up to countless appointments this year and take days to return your calls. I do not recommend them at all. They have not fixed the problem we paid them for in the Spring and cant get them to return to resolve the issue. They blame the central calling system but will deny making appointments even when the local office calls to discuss.

Terminix has been our Anti Bug Co for many, many years. We have always been satisfied. If we ever needed them in between treatments, all we had to do was call. Super company to do business with!

We only had a few roaches from moving a few of someones belongings the tech came out and sprayed still a week later had to call them to send someone else out well he never showed or called I called again and another tech came out still seeing 2 in my kitchen every night and 1 to 2 in bathroom at night seems like we got more bugs now been almost a month since 1st sprayed gonna call again tomorrow Ive been killing these bugs if I can catch them till this day I have not seen any bugs dead from the spray I paid $150 I expect the job to be done right the first time we have lived here 10 yrs had our house sprayed 1 time by another company for $60 when we first moved here and never had bugs again until now... very upset ....

Your local offices need to be accessible by phone. If I need a termite inspection in GA i do not want to speak to someone across the county. This makes it very difficult to support local businesses.

Our quarterly pest treatment outside only has eliminated pests and we never have a problem inside with pests either. Chris, our technician, does an awesome job!

When I first signed up, everyone was great lets get these bugs, so to say. The initial experience was great, the guy was on time and did what I believe was a great job. He left and stated if you have any issue give us a call. Then reality set in! I hate their automated phone system, way to many prompts to get to a person. Then the wait time was long both times I tried calling. The first time I just hung up and tried the website. The problem with that was I never received the follow-up call from them. So, when I called I was obviously interrupting the person who took my call. So, much foir give us a call if you have any issues!

Mr. Robin from the Hinesville/Jesup/Pooler area is always so nice and has great customer service. He always makes sure ahead of time to see if we need the house sprayed inside and also so pleasant when he’s on the job. Not many people go to work with a smile on their face but I’ve never seen him without him which says a lot about him as well as the company.

I always know ahead of time when service will be done, I like that. I asked my technician to please not knock at the door because I have alot of dogs that bark. I take care of my granddaughter and she naps. He complied with my request. He is always very polite.

They told me one thing on the phone but when the exterminator got there they was not very thorough and did a lazy job. They were also two hours late. Its been a week now and see no difference.

Chris Mattingly always calls a day before a scheduled visit and within a couple of hours before arriving. He is always on time and does what we ask. Couldnt get any better service than that.
