They fixed several problems for me they are knowledgeable and have fair prices. They fixed my Xbox two years ago and its still runs great.

Albert took his time out to let me know cost and price not to mention handled every question and concern I had with patience and understanding as well as provided second to none service. My MacBook was down for over a year and he got it running in 10 minutes. I recommend DNA computer works as a go to repair shop with reputable employees. This is about to become my second home! As a Realtor I am always on the go and did not have time to work on my computer. Albert was able to open my laptop, clean the fans and heat sink everything up in about 30min. Would have taken 10, but I talked to him about working on my tower to set it up to process video as I originally had it setup for gaming. Had no idea that there was a completely different setup for video because of the compression differences - Other words he saved me thousands of dollars because I was going to buy a graphics card when in fact I required a workstation graphics card. Very humble and informative about everything! 100 stars and they secured a customer for life!

Super nice guy to work with.

They have horrible communication and record keeping practices. I called several times asking about my computers I sent to them and they kept telling me they didn’t get to it yet... for months! It got to the point I got very busy and I moved and everytime I came back to savannah I forgot to go get my computers or I would call and not get an answer. Mind you I never got a call saying they could, couldn’t or did fix the computers. One year later I finally remembered to call them again and was told to wait and let them look. A day later he tells me he THINKS they were sold to a recycler. Furthermore he had no record of my drop off, no record of any repairs attempted/done or any record of it being sold to a recycler. Keep in mind I never received one call or email from them from the time I dropped off my computers to the time I found out they had sold my property without my permission. They also have no record of me agreeing to allow them to do so. So my confidential information on two computers is in the hands of God knows who and they did this without my permission or knowledge. They are very unprofessional, unorganized and unethical. I will never use them or allow anyone I know to.

Up front and honest about costs and what needs to be done. They also explain things before they do work so you understand what is about to be done, will recommend to anyone

I went there because my computer just broke down out of nowhere. The guys there took their time and made sure to test every single component to let me know what was truly wrong with my machine instead of just doing a hot fix and sending me home with something that would just break again in a few days. They kept me updated with the progress andgave me details on whats happening with my computer in a way I could understand. Long story short, my computer was basically totaled. So I decided to go the route of getting a custom built computer through them. I had always wanted to get a custom gaming computer but didnt want to just get a pre-built one or go through all the hassle of trying to go through the process of doing it alone. I gave them my budget and I told them what I basically wanted and they did what they could to get me the best possible parts. They ordered all the parts, put them together, did all the installing of software, and transferred over all my files from my old computer in under a week! The final result was better than I could ever hope for! Im so happy with my new computer and I would highly recommend this place for any of your computer needs and custom builds!!!!

These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and talented. Plus they are very nice and give you a lot of personal attention. Going to the store is an experience all on its own. It is full of cutting edge technology 3D printers / A VR 3D gaming booth. You can rent playing time in the booth. It is the only place I know of in the Savannah area that offers this — very cool!

Im blown away by those guys` knowledge and skills on top of it they really care about their customers. I have no experience building a custom PC specifically for art and 3D modeling. So I bought my parts after research and brought them to store. Not only David and Mat took time to build all parts but also gave me so many great suggestion from small details such as what adapter to connect with monitor to video card difference. Eventually I listened their suggestion replaced a gaming video card to workstation. They are a group of young guy who truly love what they do and want to help you. I highly recommend their business and will introduce them to my friends.

These guys are skilled it seems in all aspects of technology. They have fixed my phone, built me a tower (that works wonderfully), and I also have a refurbished laptop from them. Honestly, I would not go any where else. With all they product that they have fixed for me I do not have any issues with it later. Super friendly and wont talk above your head.

DNA turned a nightmare in to hope! My computer caught fire, and although I fully lost one drive, they were able to help provide a recovery source for my back up drive that was also burned. Wow! What a find! My computer was dead, and I was lost without it. Took it to DNA Computerworks, and they discovered very quickly that the power cord was damaged. After a quick fix, I was on my way! I was looking for a computer repair close to me and hating to go into Savannah, this little shop popped up on Quacco Rd. Being Old School I know diddly about computers but these guys had me in and out and repaired in no time at all.. This makes me a very happy person. They are very nice ,and fast. I took my computer here, I requested a power supply. They said Ill throw it in and see if it works. I was content in the idea but I could put it in myself he volunteered. Charged me 35 to put a power supply in my computer that takes 3 minutes.

My laptop screen was broken during my plane flight to Savannah and was unusable. This was the closest computer repair store to where I was staying and Im glad I came here! I wasnt going to be in town long enough for them to order a new screen and have it shipped in so they offered to let me have one of the used screens. They gave it to me super cheap due to its condition, and I can hardly tell the difference between it and a new one! They also fixed the charger and ran a diagnostic on the hard drive to check for damage, both free of charge! Definitely a great group of local people that know their stuff. If Im ever in the area again, I know who to come to for tech issues!

I cant say enough good about DNA Computerworks. I found David many years ago at a different shop after my work computer went down. It was clear to David and others in the room I was in panic mode. David had me back up and running fast. From then on, when I needed service, Id always make sure his car was in the parking lot before walking through the door.Tired of working for the man, David and a couple of his buddies opened DNA.Most recently, I dumped a cup of hot coffee on my Macbook keyboard. Way to start the day! I immediately went to DNA for help. I was told that Albert was the Mac man. He put my Macbook in a dehydrator for 24 hrs, then took apart the keyboard and cleaned inside where the coffee seeped through the keys. This review was typed on the same Mac DNA took care of..... and its working as well as it did the day I unboxed it.THANKS GUYS!
