The maids are always very professional, and do a great job cleaning. I have used them for over a year now - and have always been very pleased. Also - the office staff does a great job in communicating schedule / and will reschedule as needed. I have been very pleased overall with MaidPro!

I used MaidPro back in May 2021 to help clean a house my partner and I were selling. The house was empty and the only requests were for the kitchen and one bathroom to be cleaned. The cleaners did not come during their scheduled window (9-1), which affected my work schedule for that day. I had to call them to ask why the cleaners werent there and the woman handling the scheduling asked me to leave me door unlocked because they were running late that day. Is it so hard to give your customer a heads up when you arent going to be on time? When I returned from a work trip a few days later, the cleaners had come but did quite a lackluster job. The stove was not cleaned at all. None of the cabinet doors were cleaned. The freezer shelves were sitting on the counter and a rag was left in the freezer. It was almost as if the timer went off and they just stopped wherever they were at in the cleaning process and left. When I called to complain, the lady apologized and rescheduled for them to come back out and finish the clean. On that day, the cleaners AGAIN did not come during their window. I informed the lady that I had to leave town and would not be back for a week or so. She rescheduled for them to come the week I came back, but the cleaners just never came again. I am highly disappointed that I had to pay for this service.

Set up a long-term schedule. They were 4 hours late on the first visit (and didnt tell me that was happening)--decent cleaning, but not thorough with several areas and places missed. The second scheduled visit was cancelled without any advanced notice--I called them to see where they were because they hadnt yet showed up for the scheduled window and was informed they wouldnt be coming. So disappointing. Dont recommend.

My home look like its brand new when MaidPro worker leave. My home smells wonderful and it look as if I just moved in. The ladies are very professional and they will go out of their way to please you.

Before listing our home for sale, we hired Maid Pro to do a deep clean on our home. We were very clear about what we wanted. Clean baseboards, windows, bathrooms, light fixtures, etc. When my husband returned to the house, the house looked exactly the same as he left it. Dust everywhere, and baseboards not clean. He immediately called them back and the cleaning ladies were not happy and claimed the place was clean, after my husband wiped our floor with a white paper towel and it turned black. After further looking through our home we noticed that light fixtures were still dirty, and most baseboards still were not clean. The worst part is we were charged $326 for this nonsense. My house is only 1500 square feet. Needless to say we are very unhappy and since then cannot get anyone on the phone.

MaidPro is not only affordable but their cleaners do an amazing job! I honestly cant go back to a world without them.

My MaidPro representative was FABULOUS this week! She was thorough and surprised me with some sweet little touches here and there. (End of TP roll shaped like a rose and a teddy bear very deliberately positioned sweetly on a bed). I’ve had several different ladies while using MaidPro. They’ve all been solid performers. Unfortunately, there is a lot of turnover in this industry so I see a lot of new faces. But MaidPro’s “school” ensures there is a consistent process and approach used by each employee. It hasn’t been disruptive at all. With that said, I would love to have this rep every time! She is a gem.

Two cleaners were sent to my home but one was far superior to the other. Dana was excellent and did a very thorough job with everything she touched! She even went back and corrected the things the other cleaner did not do well. I would recommend Dana to clean for anyone who wants a quality job done by someone who cares about their work and strives to provide exceptional service!

Hired for a move out clean. Horrible job. They came back and “fixed” it. However, I still had to scrub sinks and sweep cobwebs after round two. Customer service was very nice. But def wouldn’t recommend!

First time client and we could not be more pleased with MaidPro service. The 48 Point Checklist was completed and our house has never been cleaned as well by other firms. We requested a deep clean which was accomplished well. Karrie and Laura arrived smiling and we discussed our expectations which they already knew from April with whom I scheduled the service. They were engaged and interested in our home from the start. We noticed teamwork, caring and great attitudes throughout their visit. Additionally, April and I discussed one time needs and April was willing to provide requested services as needed and explained in detail how to request the services in the future. We will certainly continue routine service with MaidPro and would love for Team Karrie/Laura to become our routine associates.

Just recently received MaidPro cleaning service as a Mothers Day gift from my husband. The two ladies who came to my house were phenomenal. They were courteous, hard workers, and diligent in their efforts. A supervisor was sent out to ensure that everything went well.The ladies cleaned everything as detailed in their checklist and I felt like I was in a new house! I will definitely use their services again!!!

If I could give this company no stars I definitely would. How they have been in business 12 years giving this type of service is beyond me. Hired them for a “deep cleaning” before I had family over for the holidays. I was extremely excited to have a clean house and for them to give the extra attention to the areas that I don’t get to on a regular cleaning and pick up. They literally sent one person the first time and she was there maybe four hours. Nothing was done. I began to wonder what exactly she did. Emailed them about my dissatisfactions with picture proof and all they did was apologize for the bad service and offered to fix the areas I was unhappy with. I agreed to have them come fix it after Christmas was over and as the couple days passed I found more and more stuff that wasn’t done. A 10 year old could have done a better “deep clean” then anything they had done. So instead of fixing the couple of areas mentioned the first day they said they would clean the entire house again. Only for them to show up with two people this time smelling like they had smoked cigarettes in the car with the windows rolled up. How you can have people who aren’t clean themselves cleaning someone else’s home? They came in for two hours and missed all the same things I complained about the first time. Then I emailed them once again and they didn’t respond for days until I told them I would be leaving a review with pictures of there cleaning services did they decide to reply apologizing again but not providing any real solution. So if you want waste time, money, and effort with a company who lacks attention to detail, and makes excuses for everything then be sure you call MaidPro. If not spend the extra couple dollars with a company who cares. They quoted me 270 dollars and the pictures attached will show you what got me.

Maidpro has always been courteous, flexible, and provides excellent service. I can not recommend them enough if you need an extra hand keeping your home in tip top shape.

I dont trust many people in my house without me present, but I would let them in without hesitation. They are always on time, quick but efficient, and get the job done right!

Maid Pro is over priced and our maid barely cleans anything in our house. She wanders around cleans a few things but has absolutely no experience what so ever. Her idea of making a bed is roughly throwing the sheets back over the top loosely but does no effort to make it look presentable. They are paid 130 every time she cleans our house but we still find crumbs, dirt, and garbage that was noted before she came to clean. Maid pro is just an over priced well branded cleaning service that looks like what you would want. Never judge a book by its cover. They dont know how to organize things and make a home look presentable. I actually have to clean up after the maid has already left. We have become very fed up with the service.In reference to maid pros comment below, this review is correct. My roommate had services performed in Savannah GA. I was not the account holder.

I cant recommend these guys highly enough! Everyone I have worked with, from the sweet woman in the office to my amazing cleaner couldnt have been nicer or more professional. Such a wonderful change of pace from all of the cleaning companies I called. MaidPro is really such a class act. The cleaner they sent was so polite and hard working.....she kept up an incredible pace for hours and I knew when she was done my home had never been this clean even when I moved in! MaidPro came when they said they would, cleaned my house beautifully and with more detail than I ever expected, and called to make sure I was satisfied...and they genuinely seemed to care that I was a happy customer! What more can you ask for!

I was given a gift by a friend. These cleaners are encouraged to cut corners and get out as quickly as possible. I was told by a former employee that I would be disappointed and she was right. My blinds were left filthy, appliances barely touched, the floor was sticky.. never never never again.

My fiance and I live in a two story house with four dogs and two cats; not an easy task to keep up on with this Georgia sand everywhere! I am happy to say that using MaidPro has helped tremendously with keeping the bigger stuff cleaned (i.e. base boards, mopping floors, bathrooms). They come twice a month and it truly has really been a life/back saver!What really puts the cherry on top is the cleaners, Michelle and Kelley! Not only are they animal lovers, they have no issues working around the dogs when theyre inside, but I feel like I can trust having them in my home. They show care in their work and have been nothing but wonderful when they are here. HIGHLY recommend from us!

They sent out 1 person when it was supposed to be 2! The job the 1 person did I could have gotten my 10 year old neice to do. She didnt do ANYTHING to the kitchen ecept mop it! What? She did not clean the sink,wipe down the countertops! Nothing! Needless to say I am very disappointed!

Overpriced for what was done, they didnt clean my counters, chair guards on wall, outsides of appliances and just overall dingy. The house looked near the same as when I left it. I brought this up to their manager and was told they would be back out to touch up on cleaning or receive a discount, no such thing occurred. I hired a maid service to save myself the time and hassle but I ended up recleaning most of the house anyway. I will never use this service again.

We have been with MaidPro over a year. We have always been pleased with our cleaning ladies. We especially appreciate Michelle and Christy who cleaned our home today. When they cleaned our house, their experience is evident because they know what to do and how to do it. They begin cleaning as soon as they enter the house. It is great to have a company and dedicated workers as Michelle and Christy. They move through the house cleaning the carpet, making beds, dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning the bathrooms, counter tops, moving items and cleaning under them, and damp mopping the hardwood floors on their out the door. This place is not very good at all. Overpriced and Cleaning job was minimal. When I called to discuss the lack of addressed areas that were checked off on the checklist, I got a person who didnt speak very much English and didnt care about my concerns at all. Would recommend ANY other cleaning service.

We have had twice a week service with MainPro for a few months. We have had several problems in the past but kept using them.... Now they have missed their last two appointments, and when they finally showed up today, they did a terrible job! We only ask them to clean the downstairs of our home, and today they only cleaned our master bedroom and bathroom, entirely skipping our kitchen, dining room and living room!My wife called this afternoon to raise the issue, and was promised a call back, as the person she needed to speak to was busy. No one called back, and when my wife tried to call back again at 5:05, she got their voicemail.We have been a regular customer, and had excused several problems including other missed appointments in the past, poor cleanings etc. This is beyond ridiculous.
