These guys are located behind the airport on the road to the left of the airport entrance. Wonderful customer service. They truly go out of their way to work the delivery schedule with you. Excellent

Terrible terrible. Avoid at all costs. More than 2 hrs on hold with customer service and then I give them another address to deliver a package with a street address and still they won’t deliver. Zero stars not even one stars.

Terrible service, they never answer the phone at Ponce. Always having trouble with DHL. I avoid them everytime that I can. Even USPS is better.

The worst customer service ever. Dont try calling because they never answer. I had a shipment arrive at Ponce, Puerto Rico last wednesday at 11.38 a.m. Today is saturday and it hasnt been delivered.I went to pick it up on thursday and friday and was told both days that they are delivering large packages first and since mine was a small bag I would have to wait.

They are closed on Saturday!!! Who closes on Saturday??? No one. Very lousy, irresponsible company, which deliver your package whenever the hell they want. Avoid at all cost!

They have my package and wont deliver it. First they claimed my address was a PO box. Its not. A simple Google search could have told them right where I live. Then I got an email saying to call them. I called and the guy assured me there was nothing wrong and I would get it that day. I didnt. Later that same day (Friday) I called back and different guy said they claimed it was going to a po box and sent it back to San Juan. Now its Thursday of the following week and I been going back and forth with them all week and still no package. I gave them the km marker number. Then they wanted the name of the barrio. Now they want the urbanisation, I dont live in an urbanization. My package is back in Ponce but its still on hold. The thing that upsets me is Google maps knows where I live, USPS knows, UPS knows, FedEx knows and all of them find me with nothing but my address.

The package arrived in 2 days in Ponce, Puerto Rico. I paid for the package to be delivered much faster. Weeks have passed and the package leaves every day Hold in Ponce when looking for the tracking, I have called several times and they do not pick up the phone. DHL sucks.

The service is lousy! My package arrived in Puerto Rico in a week, and was held in Ponce for ONE MONTH AND TWO WEEKS !!!! I called and called, and nothing! Then, when they finally deigned to send my package, I WAS IN A DISASTER !! And the things he had sent for were damaged! I do not use your services again, and I do not recommend it to my worst enemy. Appalling!

The worst service there is in all PR. There is no where to pick up packages, they do not call you to coordinate delivery. And their delivery system is out of date. And worst of all, humane treatment is the worst of all and when you call they dont give you the proper attention and they almost want to hang up on you when you call customer service.

Llegan con la mercancía a mi hogar y se la llevaron estando en mi casa. No me tocaron bocina, ni me llamaron. Un simple mensaje al teléfono: estoy en la calle. Si no llamo a la compañía devolvía el paquete.
