They take forever to get the job done

Warranty Repair Takes more than two months on site. They dont even tell me or Samsung representatives if the TV is fixed or No. They are running a terrible business.

My equipment and that of other people spent more than a year and a half in the premises and were never repaired.In fact, when I went the last 2 times out of 12 times I went, there were elderly people having a very bad time, claiming exactly the same as me.Overly irresponsible and they never answer the phones, EVER!

They dont answer the phone and they tell you for Thursday and many Thursdays have passed. In the end they didnt fix it and they wanted me to leave it for recycling. Yes Pepe. They do not comply with what they say.
