***NEVER USE FEDEX*** THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!! FedEx did not deliver our package that we paid extra money to have shipped overnight to Puerto Rico bc they claim they could not find the address. How is it that the Post Office and UPS find the same address just fine! Go figure. They also said that they were going to keep our package until 10/31 and then send it back to us and charge us again!!! Unbelievable!!! Very poor customer service experience. No follow up phone calls. Reps are very rude and unhelpful with the worst attitudes ever. They just dont care. I will never use their service again. If I could rate them with no stars I would.

Went to drop a prepaid return Amazon package, and they refused it, unless I pay around $30 more, even when the instructions from Amazon stated that FedEx was the prepaid carrier for my return.In the future I would not use them, if another carrier is available. They lost a customer.

The truth is I am grateful because thanks to them my mother was able to eat cakes this Christmas. What did disappoint me a bit was the fact that I paid for a service that was not given to me. Since I paid for the package that my mother was going to receive was a priority and she had to receive it in the morning. And he came receiving it in the late evening of that day. That really disappointed me and although I was entitled to claim and ask for a refund for not fulfilling their promise, I did not do it because my mothers happiness is worth much more than $ 80 dollars.

Send to buy a package outside P.R., paying Express Shipp. For it to arrive quickly. I arrive at P.R. within the 3 stipulated days. But when they arrived at PR, they delivered it to FedEx, and I never delivered it to my address (in another town). When I contacted them by the Tracking they indicated to me that they left it in Carr 153 of Ponce. They could not tell me where I belonged. I just noticed on Google map. So far I do not know what they have done with the paq. and I cant travel to Ponce for my work. I honestly dont think Id use FedEx jamAs again.

When its Friday they put a firecracker between cover and cover. If they arrive at your store and you are not there or think they will return. Your package 📦 is returned to Ponce and your business ran out of merchandise until Monday afternoon when they return. It is useless to call because they will not solve you at all and to top it off they invite you to take a basket of service satisfaction. You pay for a service that depends on the decision of a carrier. They do not call you on your phone that is in the package it seems that luxury. And you dont get a discount for bad service either. Whenever the regular hauler of the route is on vacation, everything changes.

Ive been waiting for 3 days to deliver a package, every day is on route for delivery and when I call at 8:00 pq have not arrived, they tell me they do not know why they could not get it for delivery ... terrible service.
