This elevator company is incompetent. Forget their friends or employees complementary reviews. Our new elevator was constantly breaking down for over 2 years. Even the developer of our 9 unit building admitted the installation was bad. It would stop working sometimes more than once in a day. They would claim power surge and say we put a bigger fuse in. Well, it turns out an electrical component was faulty. It got so bad it fried a couple of ac units, tvs, and most of the dryers! We had outlets actually buzzing. Turns out to be the 2 to 3 phase converter. Yet for over 2 YEARS they could not diagnose it! Oh, I for got to mention the elevator doors were scraping and malfunctioning as well. And their favorite elevator inspection company conveniently overlooked safety violations.

Previous elevator company, which never provided us with good service, the elevator always had the same problem for 3 years over and over again, we decided to change elevator companie and that same day they solved the problem. thanks A&A ELEVATOR excellent service.

Great service, we haven’t have any problem with them, every time we need they are here and they do their monthly routine maintenenace every month! So the have my elevator in really good conditions!

We have a building with elevator we hire your maintenance service, the mechanic will never have the elevator drawer, and recycle the oil, cut components to generate expenses, do not give a professional service, we do not recommend their contracting WARNING TAKE A GOOD WAY NOT TAKE CONTRACT OR SERVICE !!!!!

Did repair on two elevated each one was supposed to take 3 weeks its been 16 weeks and still havent passed inspection avoid this company

All very well, the elevator stopped at 3 a.m. The company was called and they arrived to answer the call. They have 24 hour service. The other company did not offer us that service. And its very satisfying because I have my grandmother living on the third floor.

I love it, its a responsible company
