This is my 3rd time using HMK medical transportations . I cant say enough about the excellent service. From the online quote and reservation, always pleasure and caring driver, clean van and safe driving. I followed the van to the doctor appointment. I used them for my 88 year old Mom and she feels so safe and comfortable. They were on time and waited for us to be done my Moms appointment for the return drive back to assisted living facility. The peace of mind from this service is priceless. Thank you!!!

Great help when I was stuck on the side of the road with my disabled daughter. Door to door service and he helped her in and out of the transport van in a professional experienced manner. Traffic was tight but he communicated with me all along the way so we knew when to expect his arrival great service!

I used this service for transportation from an outpatient surgery. Not having close friends or family to bring me home I needed a scheduled pickup from the surgery. Sam made this an easy process to schedule to begin with.The driver was there as promised at 11:00 pm to make sure I got home!! This is what great customer service is all about! I have an elderly and very sick relative who is unable to walk or sit in a wheelchair. I really didnt know how I was going to take him to his medical appointments.I contacted HMK on last minute on a Sunday for Monday transportation with a gurney to multiple doctors appointments at UCLA Medical Plaza, and received the confirmation instantly. They arrived early, were professional, compassionate and kind. They assisted me the entire day. Would highly recommend them.

I cant say enough good things about HMK. Hassan was fantastic. Very kind, straightforward, and patient. My mom went to the ER and was praying she would be discharged back home but since it would be after hours we needed to plan ahead and find someone to take her back in her wheelchair. I found HMK via yelp and its good reviews, and couldnt have had a better experience. I told him I wasnt sure of the discharge ER time, but I kept him posted, and when we had an ETA for discharge, the van was there bang on 1 hour just like he said. Contacted us the whole time, gave us the drivers information, and even a link to a cool tracking thing so we could see where the driver was. Awesome! Thank you Hassan!
