Scott Morrison is awesome. I purchased my Husqvarna tractor from them and it needed an unusual servicing that Scott went to Husqvarna to cover, which they did, then a minor blip in the repair that required a re-visit that Scott got me in immediately, and repaired at no cost. He stood behind his sale and treated me fairly. I will purchase any and all future power equipment there. Thank you Scott!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Morrison’s for about 5 years buying all my parts from them I work on power equipment and they we’re my only parts supplier I spent tens of thousands and dollars in there in the last 5 years on parts and they were giving me a “discount” I always thought I was getting a good deal then recently they started taking suspiciously longer to get parts and half the time they were to “busy” to check on status of a order and said they would call me when it’s in (my customers did not like when I did not have a date they cost me a lot of money doing that) today I went in canceled all of my open orders and moved my entire parts source to a different power equipment store and I saved a LOT of money over 50% on some items they were getting so bad that I would come back to pick up junk equipment I had bought and parts would be missing off it and when I tried to cancel the order of parts that had fallen on there back burner they tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee. I will never ever go back there for anything again and I would strongly suggest you do the same.

Went in Last Saturday to look at Leaf Blowers. Because they carry Echo, Husqvarna, and (recently) Stihl, I was able to line up major brand 3 units with comparable prices / features and really get a feel for what would work best for me. Salesman was friendly, attentive, and patient as I tried on the units. Will be my go to from now on just based on variety of brands.

I bought a roto tiller last May and a lawn mower last weekend from Morrisons, and I cannot say enough about how great the staff, the selection, the service and the prices are here. In both cases, I did my research by going on line and visiting Lowes, Home Depot, Tractor Supply and Aubuchon, and Morrisons put them all to shame. I wont waste my time the next time I need equipment: Im going straight here. Shout out in particular to Andy, who not only sold me the lawn mower, but also gave me advice on how to fix my broken one.

I have been a customer of Morrisons Power Equipment for quite a few years and have purchased several pieces of equipment from them, an Ariens snow blower $1,391.00; Echo Power Trimmer $174.59, Husqvana Rotor Tiller $749.95, Echo Hedge Clipper $223.99 plus various straps, blades, oil, over the course of time. Have never owed Morrisons a dime, have always paid when picked up or they have sent a bill and I paid immediately. Good customer I would say. Each March Morrisons would have an open house for their customers with notice of the date being mailed and always looked forward to it and replied that I would attend. And at that time would always buy some merchandise. Waited this year (2019) for the invitation and none arrived and discovered it had already taken place a week or so previously. Stopped at Morrisons and asked about not receiving an invitation and was told the message would be given to Scott Morrison, the owner, and he did call me. He informed me that the open house is for landscapers only and since I am not a landscaper was taken off the list. I reminded him that I am an agricultural grower, have been since 1975 and have been on the list for several years. He then reiterated that its only for landscapers. I told him there are dozens of people in attendance who are not landscapers and who buy nothing, they have the refreshments and leave. He wanted to know who they were and I told him to figure it out. He said I could still buy at his business but because I am not a landscaper will not be invited in the future to his March open house. I informed him that the past 2 years I have purchased 4 tons, 2 tons each year, of pellets from Morrisons Farm & Garden at a total of over $500 each year, and he quickly informed me it wasnt his business but a family business. I then informed Scott Morrison, who by the way I have never met in all these years of doing business with his business, that I would be taking my business elsewhere. Lo and behold in the mail came addressed to me and my agricultural business an advertisement to stop by Morrisons, the local Echo dealer, and make a purchase with a discount! I have no idea what Scott Morrisons motivation was, but he handled this situation very badly. I will shop elsewhere where a non-landscape business person who pays up front and is a good customer will welcome my business.

Ive bought my trailer, snowblower, lawnmower, and generator from these guys and my only regret is buying my chainsaw at Home Depot lol. Cant say enough good things about these guys. Very helpful and courteous every time I walk in. Never had a bad experience. Highly recommend them over anywhere else that sells power equipment and accessories in the area. My go to from here on out.

Had an old obsolete chainsaw and they took time to find a place I could get a chain.

Nice place and very hopeful people.

The service team seems rushed making sloppy errors that cause further delay. From guide bars on brand new snow blowers sticking into and slowly shaving away belts to fly wheel covers on chains saws not being tightened and causing further damage to the fly wheel. Seems like sloppy service they need to slow down and follow the job through to proper completion.

Nice equipment but at full retail price. The problem starts if you need service. They put you on hold forever if you call, you have to stand in line to talk to anyone if you go. I bought a $6500 commercial mower from them, it needed service in June and they told me “we are booked for 6 weeks, you can make an appointment “ well the mowing season would be over by the time I got it back so no value there. Overall not a well run business. Employee attitudes are so so at best.
