Ive been using this company for about 3 years. They are courteous and do a great job trimming my trees and shrubs. I even call them to mow my lawn when im gone on vacation every summer. I would recommend this company. -Greg

I reached out this company as they were referred by a neighbor. All correspondence was done through text messaging, Diegos voicemail was full everytime I called. I was quoted one cost based off of an estimation of my yard size. When I realized my yard was larger than I originally stated I asked him to come by to give a better estimate. I was told that it would be fine and we agreed on the same cost. The company showed up quite earlier than discussed, which posed a set back for me as I was having other services done and had to delay them for the landscaping. I was to have a spring clean-up, which entailed a cut with trim, cleaning the flower beds out, and removing sticks and other debris. The crew was at my residence for less than an hour, as I was home and was surprised at the quickness. I watched them pack and leave. Shortly after, I went out to check the work and was highly DISSATISFIED! There was no trimming done, the flower beds in the back werent even touched and I still had all the debris. I called Diego and of course no answer, no way to leave a voicemail, not a return call after I sent a text. I noticed they left an invoice in my front door, which was significantly higher than discussed. So again I reached out questioning the amount, no response. About a month later at 7PM there was a knock at the door and long and behold it was the landscaper demanding payment?! After expressing my concerns with the bill, he explained that the extra was for having to hand mow the back since he couldnt get his equipment back and for the yard being larger thank discussed. Of course it upset me as I specifically asked for him to reevaluate my property and if he couldnt figure out how to get in the back why didnt he knocked on the door and ask, he knew I was home? Needless to say Im completely upset with the services from beginning to end and not only will I never use them again but I would never recommend them to anyone, its been a headache and complete waste of money. We paid $300.00 for a cut that our son does for us every other week.

Recently had an interaction with an employee of this company that left me with the impression that he was either the owner because of his entitled behavior or that he was an unskilled laborer because of his incompetency. This individual is a reflection of the company - Im surprised theyre still in business.
