The trainers are all friendly, motivational, and sincere in helping you achieve your fitness goals. I have never experienced such a positive workout environment. I lost 12 pounds in 2 months so far and feel so much better. Highly recommended!!

Were so glad to have TA Fitness in Plymouth. The owners and staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The facilities are maintained very well, and theyve taken extra precautions to keep people safe in light of current health risks. My whole family has enjoyed the experience of using the gym and taking part in their classes and drop-ins. Highly recommend!

This ninja gym is amazing! It is filled with exciting and fun obstacles in a well-designed space that allows both kids and adults to challenge themselves. Safety is a high priority here--which is evident in the rules/protocols as well as the active involvement of staff members in all gym activities and classes. And the instruction & coaching of young athletes is outstanding! Its an excellent gym for kids to develop skills in an encouraging and supportive environment!

TA Fitness is a fantastic place. My son loves taking classes with Luca and Kyra. Both instructors are very encouraging and positive with the kids.
