He cleaned my Chimney, inspected the brick on the outside, showed me how to use it properly, and told me what things Id have to do in the future to keep it running long and strong into the future. This was my first time getting my ducts cleaned. They did a great job with the overall cleaning, but what was even more impressive was their after-care follow up. I paid for a level 2 inspection and cleaning for 2 chimneys. I had asked for photos and video of the inspection but I was told the camera only takes live video. Upon working with my insurance company on filing a claim on some damage it was discovered that the inspector only did a level 1 inspection and did not even use a camera. We were told our chimney was safe to use by the inspector when it turns out there was severe damage that could have resulted in a catastrophic house fire. This person should not be licensed to perform this work. He is putting peoples lives at risk.The inspection he gave me listed Chimney cleaning and L2 Inspection x2 which is what I paid nearly $400 dollars for.
