Live near Syracuse but unfortunately dropped my phone visiting daughters in Plattsburgh ! Cracked the screen. I read the reviews and decided to try tech cellar. He sure did not disappoint ! Had a appointment with geek squad. Tablet wasnt charging. He plugged it in using my cord. He said nope not charging. Said I would have to call Samsung or go to Tech Cellar. I went to Tech Cellar. Told him my tablet wasnt charging. Took my tablet and plugged his cord into it. Surprise it was charging. So, it was my cord that wasnt any good. GS never tried another cord. This guy at TC is very nice, professional and very smart. I highly recommend going to Tech cellar. 👍

My daughter broke my new iPhone and I emailed tech cellular and got a response immediately. They were able to fix it the next day and were very fast and efficient. Great business and I would recommend them to anyone that has problems with their phones!

I brought in a mid-2015 MacBook Pro because one of my speakers had died. I had looked at Youtube videos online to see if I could replace them myself but it looked like a 77 step process which was way above my skill level. I figured I would have the battery replaced and replace the contact cement on the CPU because it seemed to be getting hot. John did all of the repairs in only a few hours in one afternoon, and the computer works great. He also did a great job cleaning out the dust that had accumulated on the inside as well. The cost was extremely reasonable and John is just a great guy to work with.

Busted my iPhone screen and camera was told about tech cellar. As soon as I walked in I knew I had the right place. He was able to change my screen, battery and rear camera by the time I had lunch and came back and I was able to get right back to work. Great job will highly recommend him very professional.

Not to happy about the customer service. I called and he had said 20 to 40 bucks for a iphone6 that had one hairline crack in it and a few scratches from my case until I brought the phone in and was offered 5 dollars? 👎.. FYI the machine at Walmart gave me 30 for it🤔 so if your looking to sell Id try Walmart before stepping in this place.
