Great staff very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help the patients that go here. I have no complaints with them. And for those who complain that they cant go in, its temporary. And honestly it isnt any difference than going to any other pharmacy with a drive through just quicker than a drive through. Dave is a hero. He is very knowledgeable and as I said before if you ask about something you dont know they will help unlike other pharmacies.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I did the Abbott ID Now test to enter Canada (125$). I didn’t have an appointment but the girls were kind enough to find a place for me in 10 min. I only waited 15 min for the results. Amazing service!

This is one of the few same day covid testing sites in the Plattsburgh area. They charge $125 and you have to make an apt online.They are very patient with the French Canadians who dont speak English very well and are willing to help in anyway they can.Dave and Colleen were so nice and friendly.Highly recommended. We have had to go to condos for stockings for my dad and compound med for my husband. The service waiting time is ridiculous 🙄. They need to chance up something, we dont have to wait for 1/2 hr or more any other place!!!!! Very frustrating . 😕

Great place to get your Covid-19 test done if you need to enter Canada. Quick turn around. Did my test at 5:50pm, results were ready by 6:30pm. Friendly staff.

Excellent service, one of the few pharmacies I have been to where the pharmacist greets and has conversation with you every time you go in. It is the only pharmacy in Plattsburgh where I can get one of my medications and appreciate them greatly. They also have full stock of other pharmaceutical needs and medical devices. Wonderful, professional people and a wonderful, professional atmosphere

Hands down the best pharmacy in town! I was previously at kinneys and there seemed to be a problem every time I needed a prescription so I finally switched and I dont regret my decision choosing condos! The owner is AMAZING, the staff friendly and very helpful, I dont ever feel judged when I pick up my prescriptions! I was even texted when I forgot to pick my prescription up early due to a holiday, they were closed and I was still able to get it! Just an all around great pharmacy!

I love the staff and service at Condo Pharmacy. I love that they just sell health and wellness items as well. You wont find frozen pizza, rows of candy, or cigarettes at this pharmacy. Instead you find items to help you after an injury, vitamins, and medication.You can really tell that the owners and staff really care about their clients!

Never used this pharmacy before (went there once ) and heard its very expensive I guess when buying supplies whatnot

Polite,professioial,but if you have an emergency and have been without a medication that you need they will not wait 5 minutes after closing for you even if you call and explain your situation..Kinneys and Walgreens have had employees do this small favor for me and many others before.So if you need a medicine make sure you get it when they are open or you are SOL..Tells me where I stand when it comes to caring about your customers well being or them getting done work on time..Guess now I know whats more important..!!

Condo is the best pharmacy in Plattsburgh. They specialize in medicine and not being a small superstore. Condo doesnt sell things like chips, soda, and tobacco which have all been identified as things that we should reduce in our lives. Condos pharmacists are the most knowledgeable in town and are always willing to talk to you if you have questions.

Very good service! One of the very few locally owned businesses left in Plattsburgh. They also deliver. Dont expect to browse or look for cards etc. They sell prescription drugs, diabetic supplies, and nothing else.
