We are very satisfied with the job of installing the impact windows and impact doors of our house by Plantation Impact. They were on time very professional and were able to answer all our questions. They were very careful when they were in our home. It didn’t matter if I ask any of the installers questions, they were all very knowledgeable on the installation process. I scheduled an appointment with Andres of Plantation Impact to come get an estimate on getting my windows replaced. After the initial walk-through and estimate, my husband wanted to compare prices and products from other companies before making a final decision. Andres send us with an estimate for replacements for all the windows in our home. After doing research, my husband and I concluded that Plantation Impact was the best option -- they have a great product, the price was intermediate between all other estimates. I contacted Andres shortly after he left to let him know that we wanted to go through with the sale. He came back that same day and took measurements and set up our purchase agreement contract. Andres was professional and very friendly.To only give five stars is an understatement. I cannot believe the difference new windows has on keeping our house cool. We replaced 25 year old windows with Plantation Impact windows and my AC keeps the house cooler with running less. I wanted to take a minute to tell you how wonderful the new windows are. I originally saw Andres talking to my neighbor who installed his windows. When we made the decision to replace them he came out and sealed the deal. He was very knowledgeable about his product and gave us a lot of information. We were ready to commit. The windows they replaced were 45 years old and it was definitely time! Working with Tulio and Andres was easy and they were both so helpful. We had all thirteen of our windows replaced and it only took them one day to complete. The crew leader did come back the next day for a few hours to finish the exterior caulking. The crew that came out was very courteous. I know that there are less expensive windows but I believe these were the best value for the $$ spent. I have already noticed less outside noise and am eager to see the electricity bills go down. I highly recommend this Plantation Impact Windows company.

I was literally stunned at how fast the removal and installation went considering that we had somewhere around 30 windows on two levels of the house. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the whole operation. The installation crew cleaned up a lot and therefore I only had to clean up a little! My house was built in the 80s and I had been wanting new windows for better energy efficiency and security. I got Plantation Impact Windows, and boy, am I glad I did. I knew that I wanted dark brown, low profile windows so that they would look as close to the width of the thin, original aluminum windows as possible. I also wanted to make sure the grid pattern was the same as the originals - all horizontal (no french panes or craftsman style). And Plantation Impact Windows was able to do exactly that at a fraction of the cost of the other companies. Noelbys and Roberto installed my windows and I cant say enough good things about them. They were so amicable and professional, and they even greeted my dogs and played with them! They got all my windows installed in one day and not one speck of dust or debris to be found. After everything was done, I went to my front lawn to look at my house and it was nothing short of STUNNING! Wow. What an amazing difference they made to my house. Beautiful Windows! As an interior designer I wanted the best quality for our old home which we remodeled to have a more contemporary feel. I think our entire neighborhood has told us how much they like them! They are equally beautiful on the inside and very safe and easy to use . I have to say the crew that installed , I dont know, 20 windows or so, did them all in one day and I didnt have all scuff marks and only touch ups due to having the new Windows installed in different place in the frame. My doors and windows were 25 years old and the sun and weather had started deteriorating the outside. Plantation Impact Windows installed new windows and a sliding glass door in my home 2 weeks ago. My biggest worry was that there would be a lot of clean up and patching and painting around my windows inside and out. I was amazed at how clean they left my house. Absolutely no stucco was chipped and only 1 small area on my bathroom window had a piece of paint that chipped off. They left my home clean and in the same condition as it was before they got there. The team that came to my house was absolutely amazing!! They all had their specific job to do and began working immediately, it was like an assembly line, as soon as the first person was done the second person started and so on and so forth. They had completed the job in about 5 hours, I couldnt believe it. I am extremely satisfied with my windows, I love them. The quality is far better than the others that I looked at. They were not the least expensive but you get what you pay for. I would much rather spend a little more and get a quality product that I know will last. Absolutely beautiful! I love my new hurricane Windows and Patio Door, which were installed by a great team of skilled employees from Plantation Impact Windows. They were very professional and cleaned up each area working in, even cleaned the glass after installation! I am a senior, living in a condo, and was very please by the price also. The difference in the noise level is very noticeable, very quiet. I am looking forward to the decrease in my electric bill also, no more air leaks for me! Definitely updated the look, both inside and outside. I have received compliments on the upgrade already! I have been remiss in writing this review as our Windows were installed about 4 Months ago! From my 5 Stars, You know Were more than satisfied! Tulio the Salesman was Professional, Polite, answered all our questions but was not Pushy in the least. We built our home in 2005 so the Windows were in need of replacing to help Freshen Up our Home but also to help with our Power Bill. In addition to our Salesman, the Two Installers were Super Guys! Since it was going to be a Two Day Job, We were concerned about Security from one day until the next even though We have an Elaborate Security System. Need Not have been worried at all. They Replaced All windows and secured them the first day and then came back the second day to do what I call the Decorative Part! Great Company to do business with and Prices were very Fair! BTW, We forgot about our Detached Garage and will be calling Plantation Impact Window for that shortly. No need wasting my Time Shopping Around! Thanks Plantation Impact Window !

Very professional and friendly team of guys. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure they covered any furniture etc with plastic to keep everything protected. The windows are beautiful. On the day of my appointment the son texted me to say his father told him he had too much business and he would not make the appointment. Really?!?Must be nice to turn your nose up at $18-20K for a whole house impact windows and doors!!Poor way to handle business, especially a new customer inquiry!

Plantation Impact Windows completed install of 10 windows and one set of French Doors in one 12 hour day. Installer was courtesy, respectful of my property, informative about the process he would use to retro-fit new windows into existing window opening, mindful of my security system.This process in my opinion, is all about the correct measurements and an installer who has years doing this type of work.

Outstanding! These guys did what they promised for the price they promised, when they promised. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves totally. Based on our experience (replacing old sliders and window with impact-rated), wed recommend them any time!

Overall it went very well. Tulio the owner, came to verify measurements given over the internet and finalize an estimate. His bid for the job wasnt the cheapest, but he made my wife and myself feel very confident in his company and the products he was selling us. There were some minor glitches during installation, but Tulio made good on them. When the county inspector came to inspect the work, he told me that this was one of the best window replacement jobs he had seen. Very happy with everything that Tulio did for us. He is a man of his word, which is very hard to find nowadays!

Mr. Glass makes an amazing product, built right here in Florida. Im a person that is very hard to please but Tulio and his Team actually exceeded my expectations. We had 11 windows to replace. They kept us up to date when they were ready to install. In one day the crew put in all 11 windows and trim. 3 of the windows had a problem with foam getting on the vinyl siding. They replaced the vinyl siding. Again keeping us in the loop about when all of the vinyl was available.Plantation Impact Windows has treated us great and they are reasonably priced.

Great job Plantation Impact Windows! We were in need of replacing three entry doors and a pair of large windows. Poor installation lead to the doors becoming swollen and difficult to open and close. The windows were obviously not of the best quality. We had procrastinated initiating replacement as we were concerned over quality products and excellent installation. We saw the Plantation Impact Windows ad in Google and since we were in the area, give them a call. Good move on our part! We met with Tulio Castellanos and quickly established an excellent working relationship. He is very personable and knowledgeable of all products. There was no sales pressure and we signed a contract without any hesitation. Andres his son continued with helpfulness when we needed to work through the various product options, dealing with code issues, and obtaining a building permit. Issues were successfully resolved without any negative negotiations. The day for installation arrived and we met Robert and his partner Noelbys. They quickly proved to be also very personable, product knowledgeable, and skilled craftsmen. They explained every step of the job, kept us informed of progress throughout the job, and maintained a clean job site to minimize debris spreading through the house. When the building inspector arrived, they explained what was to be done to meet code and achieved go ahead for the job. As work continued, the management visited the job site and introduced themselves. Once again, Robert and Noelbys paid meticulous attention to the details and successfully removed and reinstalled the door trim. When the job was complete, other than the stickers on the doors and windows, you could not tell that major renovation took place. We are more than pleased with the entire process and if the need ever arose again, we would definitely work with Plantation Impact Windows!.
